Excellent product

Prompt delivery, very nice item labels that adhere perfectly to school supplies.

I placed an order with enough time to use the labels. The order never arrived, every time I wrote an email it took 4 days to reply. Very bad service, and of course I never got to use the product because it was lost. I am still waiting for the credit note.

The shipment took almost 10 working days, nothing exceptional, as it is indicated on the website, but there was no tracking number or anything. I think it is a normal postal package and I do not know what would happen if the goods are lost. I think it is preferable to add the option of charging something more to the customer but be able to have a tracking number. On the other hand the product. The object stickers are fine, they hold up well. The labels on the clothes I ironed them according to instructions and several of them have already been lost along the way and I had to put them back on.... My experience has not been very gratifying. I was encouraged to buy because I had heard good reviews, but the truth is that I do not think I will buy again on this website.

I loved it and the ease of use took away a lot of my back to school time.

The self-adhesive labels ordered do not stand up to washing and drying.

Second purchase quite disappointing. While the adhesive labels for objects are perfect, colorful, easy to peel off and apply, with strong grip so much so that they do not come off even after repeated washes in the dishwasher (ed. cups, water bottles etc.), the labels for clothes, either adhesive or iron-on, are far from satisfactory. The former adhere well but already come off after 2-3 washes in the washing machine; the latter, those to be applied with iron, are really insufficient. Apart from the fact that 12 seconds are not enough but it takes 20 seconds, they still come off at the first wash, really of little use. I highly recommend all the adhesive labels especially for objects, but definitely not the ones for clothes.

The product is great and actually durable. The only negative note is the shipping time. A tad bit long. Otherwise, I find no flaws or problems to report.

As always I was super happy with my labels. The reason I order from here is because of the ease of use, the choice of colours and pictures, the superior quality of the labels all for a reasonable price. Petit-Fernand never disappoint and I would highly recommend!

This is already the second time I have purchased the labels. I must say perfect, very cute and functional. My son is thrilled with them and so am I. The personalized mug is great

Labels still not arrived after 15 days!!!

It's been over a week and i still haven't received my labels. i'd like a refund or to receive them as soon as possible please.

Perfect and very beautiful labels, this is not the first time I have bought them and I have always been satisfied as well as my little girl! This year we decided on the "kit" where there are different kinds and sizes of labels. Highly recommended.

Good products but very long shipping time 10 days is definitely exaggerated, on the site they talked about 2/3 days

The order was placed 15 days ago and would have been shipped within 2 to 5 business days. To date I have not received any information about the order but the goods have been correctly paid for

Fast and matching descriptions

I've been using the labels for 2 years now and I'm delighted! They hold very well and they're pretty too. I recommend ?

I find it unjustified that you charge 6 euros shipping costs on an order of more than 60 euros. In addition, the shipment was made by Correos and it took more than 10 days to arrive in two packages, one of them was left in the mailbox. You say on your website that personalized orders are made in 48 hours, which you did not do, as it took you at least 4 days to send the order. The canteen lid cracked within a few days of being used. I have considered ordering a replacement but the price seems excessive. Some of the heat adhesive clothing labels have already peeled off....

The goods never arrived

I recently received them, but they are holding up to the first few washes. I wash with cold water though so maybe they are not the best test! Now that I've bought new clothes for fall, I'm careful not to cut off the whole label to leave room for the sticker. Maybe just a tad pricey because there are so many things to mark for the nest and even 30 stickers get used in a flash.

Shipping time not quick but the labels are beautiful, well worth the wait.
