All labels on the order have peeled off after performing the correct method of placement. Poor quality of this last order

I never received the labels.

I was very disappointed with my last order because more than half of the iron-on labels came off the garments after only 5 days, although I followed the instructions as usual. To date I've had to write in pen on the garment label because I didn't have enough iron-on labels. I won't be ordering any more iron-on labels for my twins' next school year, I'll stick with the self-adhesive ones. It's a shame, I've always been happy with every order I've placed with you.

Well, my opinion is that a week after putting them on the garment they came off, so I am not at all satisfied with the purchase.

Paid a lot of money for lunchboxes and “leakfree” water bottles !! Lunch box ice. Pack is warped when frozen so it won't close!!!! Water bottle is leaking !!!! I was really not impressed. We only purchased them last month !!

Did not receive my order

Nobody gives you a follow up of the order, they tell you that it will arrive in 10 days at the most and it is a lie.

Ordered on 22nd Feb. Ordered arrived with the wrong label design, wrong name,wrong number. Complained was told they would remake the order. Still haven't received anything two weeks later. Will never order again

My 2 and a half year old daughter clumsily dropped the bottle and the cap broke into pieces. To prevent her from hurting herself, I removed the stopper, thinking that I could recommend a new one, except that orders cost a minimum of 9 euros. The cork is 8 euros. I also find that opening it is not easy for this age, she can't do it and has to ask for help every time she's thirsty, even though the aim is to make them fall.

All the tags I put on came off while my daughter was wearing her clothes....

Unfortunately, my order has not arrived, despite being dated February 5, 2020.

Fast delivery, nice packaging, but the iron-on labels crumble after the first wash, even though they were washed at 20d and not tumble-dried. For the moment, the other clothing labels are holding but I'm not sure they'll last over time and they haven't yet been tested on objects.overall disappointed.wouldn't recommend

I sent you an email to tell you that I haven't received my order and you replied that I have to wait until the 28th, so why are you asking me if I'm satisfied?

On receipt, I was delighted with the products ordered, but after washing at 30 degrees, the cotton bags have shrunk and the patterns are completely washed out.

I have NEVER received the product, I am waiting for a solution.

It was not my first order and yet I ordered on February 12 and to date still nothing received, very disappointed this time!

Null I thought there was no ironing so the labels were useless.

It doesn't stick to clothing labels, and when it does, it comes off after a few washes.

I am not at all satisfied with my order. I ironed on all the labels and when my daughter came back from camp, some had already peeled off. After putting them in the washing machine, all the labels came off. Super disappointed. I wouldn't recommend

Paid for labels via PayPal and did not receive the goods... Therefore I cannot judge the quality... 🙁

Clothes stickers will peel off after the first wash in the washing machine.

Part of the labels never arrived (cost 6 ) despite the various claims to att customer that were made at the time. They work so poorly, this order no. is from August 21, 2017!!!! Almost 3 years ago!!! In any case if they wish to send me the 10 labels for objects and shoes, q I paid and never received, perfect. I couldn't take advantage of them for my son's daycare, but I will take advantage of them for school. Thank you for your prompt response.

When I worry on February 12 that I haven't received the labels I ordered on February 1, and I get a reply confirming that they were sent on February 3, and I receive the envelope on February 15 with a postmark dated February 13, I'm being taken for a fool, which I obviously hate, and what's more, they arrived too late for me to use them.

The tags don't stick and after a few washes they come off...! Plus it wasn't specified that they should be attached on the brand label or tags so on a one-year-old's clothes there is little room to put them. Nice, on the other hand, is the print

I'm still waiting for my order. And no answer apart from the message near recorded of the computer which does not advance me much. I'm very disappointed, and what's more, I was thinking of ordering other items but this has put me off.

I ordered 30 labels and after a washing machine wash at 40 degrees, there must have been only 4 or 5 left attached!!! What a disappointment

Package not received after 15 days

Order placed but not yet received. I have to wait until February 20 according to an email sent automatically to follow up on my order. Frankly disappointed.

I did not receive the personalised water bottle I ordered. It was for a birthday present to a friends daughter but I never received this item. Remaining orders arrived (stickers and bags) but not the water bottle. I placed the order 14 days before the party to be sure I receive on time but it did not arrive. I sent a message using your website but no reply. I would like to get a refund for this bottle and cancel the order as the party is finished and I bought something else to replace the bottle I was waiting for. Very disappointed.
