Didn't receive my item

I still haven't received my parcel!

I placed my order almost a month ago. My labels were quickly shipped. However, I'm still waiting for them !!!! It's been 3 weeks!

I have never received my order. I've claimed it, but nothing...

The stickers washed off

I haven't received my order yet.... Although the e-mails confirm shipment since March 5.

I ordered the stickers in February and I have not received them yet.

Your labels never reached me

Poor quality

I'm very disappointed I ordered labels to stick on clothes with the iron and nothing sticks, the labels don't stick to the fabric no matter what the fabric nothing sticks. They're all ruined and gone to waste.

Bad. Order not arrived. I am requesting a refund

I was very disappointed with my last order because more than half of the iron-on labels came off the garments after only 5 days, although I followed the instructions as usual. To date I've had to write in pen on the garment label because I didn't have enough iron-on labels. I won't be ordering any more iron-on labels for my twins' next school year, I'll stick with the self-adhesive ones. It's a shame, I've always been happy with every order I've placed with you.

Well, my opinion is that a week after putting them on the garment they came off, so I am not at all satisfied with the purchase.

Paid a lot of money for lunchboxes and “leakfree” water bottles !! Lunch box ice. Pack is warped when frozen so it won't close!!!! Water bottle is leaking !!!! I was really not impressed. We only purchased them last month !!

Did not receive my order

Nobody gives you a follow up of the order, they tell you that it will arrive in 10 days at the most and it is a lie.

Ordered on 22nd Feb. Ordered arrived with the wrong label design, wrong name,wrong number. Complained was told they would remake the order. Still haven't received anything two weeks later. Will never order again

My 2 and a half year old daughter clumsily dropped the bottle and the cap broke into pieces. To prevent her from hurting herself, I removed the stopper, thinking that I could recommend a new one, except that orders cost a minimum of 9 euros. The cork is 8 euros. I also find that opening it is not easy for this age, she can't do it and has to ask for help every time she's thirsty, even though the aim is to make them fall.

All the tags I put on came off while my daughter was wearing her clothes....

Unfortunately, my order has not arrived, despite being dated February 5, 2020.

Fast delivery, nice packaging, but the iron-on labels crumble after the first wash, even though they were washed at 20d and not tumble-dried. For the moment, the other clothing labels are holding but I'm not sure they'll last over time and they haven't yet been tested on objects.overall disappointed.wouldn't recommend

I sent you an email to tell you that I haven't received my order and you replied that I have to wait until the 28th, so why are you asking me if I'm satisfied?

On receipt, I was delighted with the products ordered, but after washing at 30 degrees, the cotton bags have shrunk and the patterns are completely washed out.

I have NEVER received the product, I am waiting for a solution.

It was not my first order and yet I ordered on February 12 and to date still nothing received, very disappointed this time!

Null I thought there was no ironing so the labels were useless.
