All perfect

The labels are great, and the special packs for nurseries and schools are really top-notch! There was just one problem with the object labels: the cut-out wasn't centered on the labels, but that's not too serious!

The long delivery time (10gg since I placed the order) would also be justifiable. also the printing error with which my order arrived. what I find really unjustifiable, however, is the lack of response from customer service (after 20g and two emails, still no response) despite the automated response message describing itself as ëvery dedicated customer service team'!

The labels are beautiful and durable (I know because I have been ordering them for years), unfortunately, however, they are guaranteed to be shipped within 48h but never arrive before 3/4 weeks . I placed the order on September 7 and they still have not arrived (today is the 23rd) .

Hello, I'm on my 2nd kindergarten pack and they hold up very well, whether on objects or clothing. A little experience: - I put a label on my daughter's cup at the start of the 2020 school year, which went through the dishwasher every day, it's still on it and the cup is about to do a 2nd year again. I can't recommend it highly enough, and with several choices of decoration, the result is just brilliant,

Although there was a delay due to the shipping issue, I recommend it 100×100, for the attention received from the company and, of course, the quality of the product.

I've ordered in the past and was very happy with the labels I received, but I was very disappointed with my latest order (N°1001661082). The labels arrived in board form, not pre-cut. I had to cut them myself with scissors in order to use them. I sent an e-mail 2 weeks ago but got no reply, so I tried to send one again but the "send" button didn't work. I then sent a message by messenger 4 days ago which also went unanswered. So I wouldn't recommend this site, because in the event of a problem, there's no telephone number and no one replies to e-mails.

My rating of mediocre does not refer to the quality of the products, which are indeed very good and beautiful. It is referring to the organization and customer service, which is not very diligent. In my case, I paid for 3 items in this order: a set of adhesive labels, a personalized water bottle, and a personalized wooden backpack tag. Unfortunately, the latter was not delivered to me; it was not in the package. I immediately wrote to customer service, requesting either a refund equal to the value of the missing item or a reshipment of the item, but after 5 business days I still have not received a response. For a store that operates exclusively online, responses should be faster. If I do not receive a proposal for a solution to what happened, despite the fact that the value of the sticker label is not high, I will not place any more orders, because on line the seriousness of the traders is important.

One minor drawback is the difficulty of removing the self-adhesive labels from clothes. Otherwise, good durability.

I order every year and I'm never disappointed?

The stickers are beautiful, just as I had put them together. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the delivery time, which I found very long.

I am using Petit-Fernand for a few years now. Started with my daughter when she joined the primary school and now added my son who started nursery. I only use the stickers on clothing, shoes and things they use. Never disappointed as the stickers are very good quality and the kids can pick the design and colours. They also deliver faster than expected. Will definitely order again.
