Beautiful labels but unfortunately they come off after washing

The labels are very good, however, the waiting time to receive the product was very long

Delivery times not respected. And a cuddly toy damaged by iron-on labels! 🙁

Very nice design but unfortunately it took much longer than expected and I could not use it in my son's school supplies. The delivery service needs to be improved.

Shipping took ages. Didn't arrive in time for the start of school. Product is ok.

The stickers are great but it took almost two weeks longer than expected to arrive.

The stick on stickers do come off in the wash!!!!

The product is very good, it just takes a long time to arrive.

Customer service failed me. I made a mistake when I placed the order, I wrote right away to modify it and they replied two days later saying that the order was already placed and they couldn't modify it. I understand that, but they could check it (or give you the option to do it yourself before they print it)...or have the courtesy to give you some "plus" for another order.

I bought 1 pack crib and mini pack mainly to label clothes. When I received them I was very happy, the labels were very cute, colorful and easy to stick. In use, however, the products turned out to be very disappointing, because even when I followed the recommendations, the iron-on and self-adhesive labels didn't stand up well to machine washing. I won't be ordering from this site again. Nothing beats a good old indelible pen, even if it's not as pretty!

The self adhesive stickers for clothing came off in the wash even though they were applied to the clothing weeks before going into the wash. I was very disappointed and greatly inconvenienced as it takes time to put them on and to take them off when they have stuck themselves to some other piece of clothing in the washing machine. I won't be buying them again. The iron-ons work fine

You sent part of my last order to another address, this person found me by chance through social, and so we did the merchandise exchange !!! Of course I got his ! Very bad service

Labels received very quickly and happy with the result, but gourd received a long time later and customer service unreachable.

Order placed on 20/08 and received on 16/09 so not happy at all since the return to school was already done!!!!

I bought stickers on the web and by mistake they put in the shopping cart another model different from the one I chose. I contacted Petit Fernand to report the problem and they confirmed that in the basket there was another different model and they have not helped me nor have they answered me more to see what solution we give to the problem.

Label that goes into the washing machine. Required in recommend....

Ordered stickers on September 9.September...today is September 25.and they still have not arrived.No notice of delay or any information about the order.They are the invoice for the payment. I have already heard unfortunately that they are very slow and I have to contact them myself. I also wanted the water bottle...(which by the way weighs a lot) but given the first experience...I will never order anything. If 30 stickers I have to wait 1 month.... Thanks but no,there is amazon...more reliable!

Choice of label personalization, decent delivery time. On the other hand, the labels are not correctly printed, the text is not centered and even overflows.

Iron-on label order placed on 5/09/19 shipped on 12/09/19 so we were far from the 72 hours guaranteed on the site... my order finally arrived on 14/09/19. The colors, patterns and typography were as I expected. The downside is that the labels tend to come off in the corners on thick fabrics like jeans. So I iron them again when ironing.

Mixed opinion. I tried this supplier following a promotional code. The iron-on clothing labels do not all adhere properly despite being applied according to the instructions. The object labels seem to be resistant. As for the self-adhesive clothing labels, I'm not convinced of their durability. And finally, the shoe labels seem to do the job. The pack is a good idea for trying out the different products, and the bonus is that you can put different names on them.

The self-adhesive labels are a bit disappointing. Some of them came off after the 1st wash (even though they were attached to the garment label).

Perfect and correct labels. Too long shipping time. But they are very economical, maybe it's worth waiting 14 days.

I haven't washed it enough times to know how long it lasts. After ordering, I received an ad offering a 10% discount for my first order (what a joke! I had just confirmed my order).

It has taken a long time to arrive, 2 weeks. I am missing the special paper to put on top of the sticker. The stickers themselves are very good.

Kudos to You for the product but I gave a middle rating for the long delivery time (needed for the child's school clothes). I still recommend this Serious and Professional Company.

I have purchased several times from the site and the delivery time has been "quite" fast. The last order placed was on 14/09 and to date I have not received the labels I ordered.
