I'm used to ordering labels for my children's clothes, and I'm rarely disappointed, but lately I've been ordering labels for objects and frankly they were very difficult to detach and were getting worn out as a result... so I'm moderately satisfied.

Impossible to add an item despite several requests when the order has not been shipped, you have to pay the shipping costs again and if you don't spend your time on facebook you miss out on the latest promotional codes rather than applying them directly to everyone... disappointed!

Super cute idea and the graphics are really pretty. Unfortunately, even following the application/washing instructions to the letter, all the little labels on the cotton clothes/accessories, came off. Those adesivesugli items are holding up for now.

They're beautiful and of good quality, as always, but for iron-on labels they're far too big. On a pair of panties it's disproportionate... Too bad I'd only use them on 2/3 large pieces.

The product is fine, but the shipment took a long time and it is very complicated to get solutions from customer service. My order was automatically cancelled due to non-payment even though it was paid for. Despite sending them proof of payment and insisting on the issue by email, they offered me no solutions other than to place another order and pay again. Fortunately I called them by phone and they verified that it was paid for and they were able to send it to me. Even so, the waiting times and the attention I received make me think a lot about placing another order.

The spout has adjustable flow but unfortunately every time you need to open it and touch it, the cap is a bit hard. Very expensive shipping charges, they raise the total price of the product. Overall, the water bottle is very nice, the material environmentally friendly and durable.

Also regarding shipping costs, we are considering different options: at the moment they are fixed at 6 euros so, on an order of 14 euros it is a significant cost, but for an order of, for example, 3 flasks and 3 lunchboxes, they remain at 6 euros which becomes negligible. The canteen is very nice and keeps the drink fresh very well. It weighs quite a lot but I understand that because it is stainless steel. What we don't like is that it doesn't fit very well and that the nozzle is very difficult to remove, you have to use a lot of force and be careful not to get it wet because it would not be hygienic. We do not see it at all practical.
