Good morning, I have to evaluate an order that has never arrived at its destination after almost a month and the worst of all is that nobody attends you, they only send you an email that supposedly informs you where the phantom package is. Since they have not been able to send me a new order (even if only as a courtesy) they should at least give me back what I paid for some labels that never arrived. Best regards.

I have sent 2 emails asking for explanations of the delay, one of them you have answered me in French and I have not been able to understand it and the other one I have no answer yet. I would like to be refunded the 9 euros because after almost a month waiting for the shipment I have not received it. So my rating is the minimum allowed and in the future I will order labels with another company, not yours.

I received no information to this effect and waited in vain for my order, before going to the site to see that it had been cancelled. I had to place it again. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture for this wait, knowing that in the days preceding my order, there was a promotional code. Furthermore, there's no indication of the exact delivery date of the order. That's a shame.
