Fantastic product, many design options and durable. The stickers do not peel off even if you wash the product dozens of times. The only thing is that it takes a few days to arrive in Spain. But order with time and patience.

My first order was not validated because the payment was supposedly refused. I received no information to this effect and waited in vain for my order, before going to the site to see that it had been cancelled. I had to place it again. I would have appreciated a commercial gesture for this wait, knowing that in the days preceding my order, there was a promotional code. Furthermore, there's no indication of the exact delivery date of the order. That's a shame.

Fast delivery. Super cute!

Shipping takes quite a while, I sent an email to ask when it would arrive and never heard back. I ordered two packs, the thermoadhesive labels have come off in the first wash ..... This is the second time I order, the first time I had no problem but this time I am very dissatisfied.

Tried them,x accident,6 years ago ...felt so good that I reordered them x the little one's kindergarten. Super recommended!!!

The labels are great, but they took 17 days to arrive. I spent the money and have not been able to use them because they did not arrive on time. They should have a much faster distribution service.

I have been waiting 23 days, it is impossible to talk to customer service, they give you a pager that is useless.

The order never arrived

I would have very gladly given 5 stars for the quality of the product, but unfortunately there were very long delays on shipping creating a great inconvenience for me before school started. The company needs to stop writing shipping within 48h business when the reality is far away (10 business days). I appreciated that you responded to my emails however the damage had already been done.

The labels stick really well and don't come off in the dishwasher. Delivery is very fast.

I'm a bit disappointed because after a few weeks of use and machine washing, the labels are coming off on some materials. Yet I respect everything to the letter... It's a shame... Otherwise, the colors and patterns are very pretty and the iron-on labels are easy to apply.

I put one star because they do not give the possibility of putting 0, it is a shame that placing the order on August 26 to this day September 23 I have not received the products. it is totally understandable that they may have some logistical problem but to claim my order three weeks later can not tell me to wait and that I did not saturate the mail after sending only two emails asking. I sent another one and they have not answered me. Zero professionalism ?

The shipping is lousy, either it doesn't arrive, or it arrives very late. It has happened to me on the two occasions that I have placed an order.

I'm a little late, but they are very nice and easy to put on. now I just have to wait to see how they hold up to washing.

Great product. It's a pity that there was a small incident on delivery (one of the notebooks ordered was mislaid by the Post Office). Customer service is reactive and intervenes positively. I would just suggest, in these cases, to send back the products by express or tracked.

I have been ordering labels for my children's school supplies and clothes for years. I have always been satisfied with the purchase: they are very well made and last over time, even longer than the school year! There are so many customization possibilities: with the children, they play computer games to find the combination they like best. I will definitely continue to buy from Petit Fernand!

I didn't receive my order, when I chased it, I was told that as 10 days had passed it was considered lost in the post. I was promised that a replacement order would be manufactured and despatched, within a few days. I'm still waiting for my order and am being spammed with emails to write a review on trust pilot. So, based on my experience so far, I can only mark 1 star for the response I received saying they would replace the order. If I do ever receive my order I will let you know. The products sound lovely but I've yet to see them to verify. I don't like leaving negative reviews so I'm sorry to have to do this. Update - my labels arrived this morning, second request but they are here, they are posted from France ???? so this explains the delay perhaps. They look really cute, I will be able to label things now and see how they perform.

I can only leave a positive review. Every year I buy from you the punctuality and the items I purchase never leave me disappointed ????.

Seriousness and professionalism great product

Comfortable and personalized labels and water bottle. Water bottle a little difficult for a 3 year old to open.

Good service, labels are nice and look good quality.

The water bottles are really nice and quality, they keep the temperature for a long time. Too bad about the cap that has the lid that comes off too easily and breaks, the replacement still costs a lot and it doesn't have hooks to hang it on a backpack.

Very satisfied. The labels are pretty, they hold! The little booklet that contains them is very well thought out. I will order again if necessary. And the delivery was fast.

Excellent quality. Buy them every year fir school uniform.
