Forbidable ??
Following a promotion with a special back-to-school partnership with Gemo, i.e. 10 iron-on labels and 10 self-adhesive labels for only 2 euros (shipping), I discovered a serious site, choice of personalization, fast shipping, nice finish upon receipt, trustworthy site, I highly recommend it.

I have not received my order. I have sent an email to make a claim and they have never said anything.
I have always been satisfied but in this order I did not receive the paper to place between the plate and the label and also the labels do not peel off well.
Never received the order a priori lost by mail no refund or response by mail.
Shipping time supposedly 24-48h and the reality was 2 weeks. Otherwise all good

Everything is great. The water bottle is beautiful but a little hard to close for 3 year olds, we'll save it for later.
The quality of the labels is good, we like them very much. But the delivery time is a bit too long, and then no tracking.

Love the Petit Fernand stickers! I have multiple children, and like that the stick on tags are easy, they stay on through many washes, but are still easy to peel off to pass to another child or sell on. They're also a great size that allows you to add on your phone number, Ive had quite a few lost items returned this way. One note I would say is that delivery takes a few days, so it's best done a bit ahead of needing it, but that has worked for us really well. Often good discount codes too, if you shop outside of the main school rush times.

The water bottle is beautiful, too bad the cap is defective and will not close except by applying pressure with the full weight of an adult. I asked almost a week ago for a replacement cap but received no response. I had to scratch the inside surface of the lid with a knife in order to get it to close

I'm sorry but it's been 15 days since my order--school has started and I haven't received anything. You should outsource shipments to faster couriers, it doesn't make sense to not have a gg of arrival, not being able to track the order, not having a reference to track the package. I would not place a new order from you again.
