I still have not received my order. I placed a subsequent order and did receive it, but my first order placed on August 30 has still not arrived. Obviously I would not buy again. I finally received a second one at no cost and everything is fine, and very nice, the only problem has been the shipping, the product itself has no problems.

Product received very late (1 month later) due to the postal service, and after a first attempt gone awry, the Petit Fernand staff went out of their way to get me a second order. What to say. Delay aside, the product (personalized thermoadhesive labels) is amazing! Excellent quality and vivid, bright colors.

Excellent orders and very useful for school and daycare although I was missing the paper to paste the stickers solved because I had left over from other orders.

They peel off after the first wash.

I've ordered from this site 3 times now and I'm always surprised at how quickly my order arrives! The products are top quality and really great for school! I had some left over this summer, so I was able to use them for the summer camp too. What's more, I find the prices very reasonable for personalized products. I'll be ordering from the site again without hesitation!

Products as described. There is a product that I did not receive so I used the after-sales service which was very reactive and I received it 3 days later.

These stickers look great and stick really well my son loves having them on his school uniform I have washed them a couple of times now and there are no signs of them coming off.

Great labels been using them for 4 years and never come off. Good value for money and fast shipping. Kids love the fact that they can be customised.
