A little disappointed because it does not stay in place on clothes, yet this is not the first time I order from you, but on this order the quality is not!

Peels off with first wash

The order has not arrived yet, I placed 2 orders on different dates in the first week of January and I have not received them yet.

More than half of the labels are peeling off. I am disappointed

After almost a month I still haven't received anything

I lose one every time I put it in the washing machine or it comes out all crumpled.

I have not received what I ordered. My daughter's surname either does not appear or is printed twice. I am still waiting for my complaint to be dealt with...

My order never arrived. It is now February and I am still waiting for it.

I ordered a kit with my first name written in the middle. Already, the stitching is very poorly done, and on top of that I would need a microscope to be able to read my first name. I'm really disappointed with this purchase.

What a disappointment... none of the labels, whether self-adhesive or iron-on, would stay on the clothes. They all came off some time after I'd put them on. And yet I know the product well and followed the instructions supplied with it. I don't understand because I had already ordered the Maternelle pack for my eldest daughter and was very, very satisfied with it (some labels are still stuck on almost 5 years later!!!). Perhaps there has been a change in the materials used (the label backing changed between my 2 orders).

I never received my order

I placed my order on January 16th and I still haven't received anything despite the 14 day deadline ... the birthday for which I ordered these labels has come and gone and I'm a bit disappointed. However, I can't assess the quality of the products until I receive them.

Hello I still have not received my labels ordered on your site at the end of December for an amount of 4200Very disappointed.

The tags don't stick at all. I had to wash the sticky ones out of the washing machine and the iron-on ones just fell off. In response to my complaint, I was told to send photos. The tags are already off, how can you take a photo? Besides, I really have more important things to do than spend hours gluing and ironing and then taking photos. Under no circumstances should you order here!

Your labels will never arrive. This is the second time that I've ordered from petit Fernand. The first time, the labels never arrived. They sent some more out, which also never arrived, so they gave me a refund. 2 years later, in a blind hope that I was just unlucky, I thought I'd give them another go and.... yep, no labels. From my personal experience, if you order with petit Fernand, you will never receive your order. As a positive, the customer service has been good.

I ordered and paid for a set of labels is a bag. Only the bag with the labels arrived . I contacted customer service but to date nothing has arrived yet
