Label this stuck in the washing machine and dryer . lost a lot .

Very dissatisfied with the delivery time ... I received my labels more than 15 days after I ordered them ... and no commercial gesture was made ...

I recently received the labels and they seem to be working well at the moment. The wait to receive them was not 48 hours, but two weeks, due to the fact that the shipments are entrusted to the Italian postal service and not the couriers. To be reminded for the next order, to proceed well in advance.

Very slow in delivery, it took 2 weeks for the stickers to arrive.

The product is very nice, it is practical but it is expensive. And the worst thing is that it has taken so long to arrive that it has not helped me at all. It took 14 days from the time I placed the order to arrive.

Lovely labels that seem to hold up, but reception a bit slow, received 15 days after order. When you try to contact the site, you get a standard, automatic message.

I ordered on September 11 and as of today, September 26, nothing has arrived yet !!!! I think after paying 12 euros it should have been another safer shipping method!!!

After first wash, the stickers are coming off! Never ever gonna ordered again!!!

Frankly, I expected the quality to be perfect, but: When I placed my first order, the iron-on labels arrived badly printed. Even before I could wash some clothes with the labels, they were coming off (e.g. socks). After the first wash, I've so far had 4 labels partially peel off, and 2 completely. So yes, all you have to do is put the iron back on without steam, for even longer than recommended. But it's a pain to have to get your iron out all the time to glue each label that comes off a little more after each wash (especially when you don't iron like I do...). I decided to try a second time, thinking that maybe I'd come across a batch of defective labels. I was surprised to find that the iron-on labels sold in the pack were neither of the same quality nor the same size as those bought separately. The quality in the pack is much better and the size larger. Unfortunately, I've had them peel off again. I think it's crazy. It takes enough time as it is to label everything, so if you have to repeat the operation after every wash/2/3 washes, you're not done yet! I'd like to point out that shoe labels hold up very well. I've never used the labels for objects or the self-adhesive labels for clothes. My negative opinion is about iron-on labels.

They stick well with the iron however after the first wash they came off...I was disappointed

I'm disappointed by the fabric adhesive labels, because some of them wash out, even though the application time after gluing is respected.

I received the labels, so far so good, but without the iron-on paper to attach them to the garment 🙁

Very nice labels Only flaw is the shipping service and timing. They sponsor 48hrs of product production everywhere but omit that shipping times range from 2 to 10 days (always 10 alas) AND they give no record of the package being shipped.

Nice and yet to be applied. Three no's: no tracking, no response, despite my repeated email reminders, from them, and delivery delay after 10 days.

I was a little disappointed because when I confirmed my order I got the wrong product. I sent an email to explain this and I didn't get a reply.

Very good customer service. But the labels have not arrived and I have requested a refund.

The product is very well made but the shipping took me more than two weeks.

I give three stars for the late delivery.... almost three weeks of waiting... but the labels are very good.

Clear, practical site. Fast delivery. Very pretty and aesthetic labels. But most iron-on labels did not stand up to washing at 60 degrees.

Exceptional labels but they take a long time to arrive from the time you order them

The labels are great, but if you want to keep them for future use, be aware that they won't stick properly! So you'll lose any labels you keep!

Poor quality, have used before very happily but this batch only stick for 24 hours at best

Sin could be improved a little more for the price it is worth.

I don't know what the labels are like because I haven't received them, customer service is practically nonexistent, when you contact them you get automated emails in response that don't solve your problem.

Iron-on labels are great! On the other hand, I tried self-adhesive labels for clothes without iron on, and it was a disaster! They don't stick at all, despite following the instructions. And when you wash them ... they end up in the machine, which is very likely to damage it. Bad experience this time... too bad, but I'm going back to the 1sts with my iron!

Very quick receipt of the order, very nice labels but unfortunately they don't wash very well. Several labels were lost in the machine and had to be re-glued. Not very economical, too bad.

Shipping was a lot longer than stated, and the customer service on the phone wasn't the friendliest either! However, I am very satisfied with the labels themselves.

Sometimes both the pressure-sensitive and adhesive labels peel off. Despite this, I am relatively happy with your products. That's why I repeat.

Easy-to-use website, wide choice/customization options for labels. Big downside: follow-up and communication. For my first order, I was 2 weeks late in receiving the labels I had ordered. After sending an e-mail to the after-sales service, I received a reply within 24 hours informing me that a printing problem had been detected during the production of my order.
