Exceptional labels but they take a long time to arrive from the time you order them

The labels are great, but if you want to keep them for future use, be aware that they won't stick properly! So you'll lose any labels you keep!

The delivery time was quite long, almost two weeks.

Poor quality, have used before very happily but this batch only stick for 24 hours at best

Sin could be improved a little more for the price it is worth.

I don't know what the labels are like because I haven't received them, customer service is practically nonexistent, when you contact them you get automated emails in response that don't solve your problem.

The product is very good but the shipping takes too long and there is no tracking it took me 2 weeks to arrive.

Iron-on labels are great! On the other hand, I tried self-adhesive labels for clothes without iron on, and it was a disaster! They don't stick at all, despite following the instructions. And when you wash them ... they end up in the machine, which is very likely to damage it. Bad experience this time... too bad, but I'm going back to the 1sts with my iron!

Very quick receipt of the order, very nice labels but unfortunately they don't wash very well. Several labels were lost in the machine and had to be re-glued. Not very economical, too bad.

Shipping was a lot longer than stated, and the customer service on the phone wasn't the friendliest either! However, I am very satisfied with the labels themselves.

Sometimes both the pressure-sensitive and adhesive labels peel off. Despite this, I am relatively happy with your products. That's why I repeat.

Easy-to-use website, wide choice/customization options for labels. Big downside: follow-up and communication. For my first order, I was 2 weeks late in receiving the labels I had ordered. After sending an e-mail to the after-sales service, I received a reply within 24 hours informing me that a printing problem had been detected during the production of my order.

The labels are fine (I know them from other years) but the order always takes a long time to arrive. This year I ordered it on 08/09 and it still hasn't arrived (today is 26/09).

I had bought labels on other occasions and very well, but this time I am not so satisfied. The shoe stickers came with a plastic protector to prevent wear and tear and in my last order they no longer have it, which seems to me a failure, because it was very good, especially in summer, when sweat eats the color of the sticker. In addition, they took much longer than usual to arrive.

On some fabrics, the labels come off, but otherwise, I'm happy, fast delivery, super cute labels.

The labels are pretty but they don't stay on ... after a wash and sometimes even before the 1st wash they come off.

It's average because it goes into the machine anyway.

They used to be the top now they are very slow. i am afraid i will change suppliers pity.

I guess you forgot to send me the order and only at my reminder after a month did you send it ?? Otherwise it is a fantastic product!!!!!

I have been waiting for my stickers since 02/09 and have no news.

I thought the labels were fantastic in terms of design however I ironed them on and some have come off already ??

There were more than 10 days between the order and the moment I received it. I found that a bit long, especially since it was sent by priority mail and printed in 48 hours.

The canteen is great. The labels are awesome. The lunch box can be improved. The part where the cooler comes in perfect. But there is no room for a yogurt or a drinkable. The cooler should be in the lid of the lunch box and not in the middle tray because it's not at all versatile when it comes to combining snacks.

The labels are very nice, as ordered and very useful but the delivery time is a bit too long.

I am unable to assess the goodness of the items as since Sept. 11 that I ordered them I have not seen them yet! outrageous service! more than 13 days seems excessive to me, not even the products that arrive from Australia take that long!
