I ordered labels and a personalized box. I received the box but not the labels. So I contacted customer service to find out if the labels were in the same package. I was told to contact them again after 10 days if I still hadn't received my label order! They didn't answer my question... so after 10 days I contacted customer service again and they sent my labels back! Conclusion: A huge waste of time... Don't be in a hurry! But the labels seem to be of good quality. As for the personalized box, it's just a sticker on the top of the box that starts wrinkling after two washes in the dishwasher... a bit disappointed for the box.

It took a long time to arrive, almost a month. I sent an email to find out where my order was, without getting an answer, I sent another one and they answered me, to tell me that my order had been sent and thank you for buying on their website. The customer service was terrible, at least from my experience. The canteen is cute, but if I knew how long it was going to take and the lack of information and the lack of interest after they delivered it to the post office... I wouldn't have bought anything.
