I received the name stickers as a gift and ordered them again as I am impressed with the quality. Unfortunately, one of my designs was cut incorrectly and could not be used. However, customer service responded really well and sent me a replacement immediately. I even received the entire order again, even though only one sheet was faulty. All thumbs up.

Bad decision to have bought anything here. They took a long time to arrive. No reply to my second email, the first one was answered in French. I had time to order them on stikets.es and they arrived earlier than yours. No shipping information, no tracking. In the end it was a waste of money because I had to order them elsewhere because the course started and the stickers had not arrived.
