I received the labels they shipped on September 28 after almost a month. The shipment was not traceable so I did not know who to contact. On October 6 I get an automated email back confirming that until October 13 there is nothing to do but wait. To review the choice of carrier or at any rate give the option to track the shipment and make temporary arrangements while waiting. Great customer service, but can't always handle it after the fact.

I'm very pleased with the extra labels and stickers in the little notebook. However, I'm very disappointed with the little comforter bag, one wash and the writing and drawing have totally faded. After ten or so washes, I don't think we'll see much more.... a comforter bag is carried everywhere by the little ones and must be designed to withstand washing, especially with the virus at the moment.

The self-adhesive labels have lost some of their quality compared with the previous year: - they are less resistant to repeated washing, - in the booklet, a plastic film has been added to each label sheet, so the labels are deformed because they are very difficult to remove (this wasn't the case before, and it was much easier!). I hope you'll come back to the old version, which was much more practical and qualitative - lack of novelties! The proposed images are still the same as last year, I'd like there to be more proposals (at least before each new school year it would be very appreciable) Thank you very much, have a nice day!

Order placed but no news. I was the one who asked about the status of my order several times. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me right away that my order would not be delivered on time. I had to come back to you several times. I was told on August 28th that my order would leave within 48 hours and on September 1st I was told that it still hadn't left. Contradictory replies 3 days apart. If I had only ordered self-adhesive labels for objects, I would have given them 5 stars. The iron-on labels for clothes don't hold when stuck on as instructed (with the sheet supplied), so I stuck them on without the sheet, which worked, but they came off in the first wash. I therefore paid for 30 unusable labels.

I'm sorry because they are beautiful and the service is great, but I really didn't get along well with the thermoadhesive labels. They do not stick well to the clothes despite the fact that I followed the directions to the letter. On the second wash they came off partially or completely. And not on one or two clothes but on almost all of them. Despite the fact that already on the first order placed two years ago I was not 100% satisfied I tried to give them a second chance but again I was disappointed
