Although it is advertised that the labels are printed and dispatched within 48 hours, my order was only processed after 4 days and I only received the labels after 10 days. Customer service was useless. I will not be ordering from here again.

Of the stickers I put on my son's clothes, more than half fell off after the first wash (I put them on according to the instructions). I repeated the whole process again being more strict with the instructions and as a result a few have fallen off again. I do not recommend them. I have used other types of stickers to mark my son's clothes for 5 years and have never had this problem. Update Sep 09. They wrote that they were going to contact me and never did. I do not recommend this product

Order never received even after more emails from me for explanations I have had no return from you. The order took more than a week to be shipped, which is a long way from the 48 hours advertised on your site. I strongly advise against this unless, like me, you want to lose money!

I still haven't received my parcel which I ordered on June 18th and which was dispatched on June 25th. However, I was surprised to receive an SMS telling me that I had to pay customs duties!!!! I therefore concluded that the product I was buying from a Bordeaux-based company had in fact come from the other side of the world, but when you order, you don't know that, any more than you know how long it will take to be delivered. It's scandalous, the consumer is being held hostage. To date, I've paid the customs duties, my parcel was due to arrive last Tuesday and today I still haven't received it - it's unacceptable! I strongly advise against buying anything from this site.
