My order never arrived. It was shipped on 11/9 and as of today 24/9 after 13 days it still has not been delivered. UPDATE: The order finally arrived on 9/30. Everything as ordered. Too bad about the waiting time.

A poor impression of the LunchBox and a lunchbox bag still not received (three weeks after placing the order...). Disappointing!

Disappointed with the self-adhesive labels even stuck on the. Label it school in the wash I recommend rather the one to iron.

Good product in relation to value for money. Attractive graphics great for babies. I did not give a higher rating because the shipping time is really too long by the standard of online shopping we are used to.

Nice labels and delivery. However, there's a downside (not the least of which is that the shoe labels, once applied, fade after barely 2 uses. So I don't think they were intended for this use. I'm pretty disappointed on that score.

Some labels arrived in a different color than those ordered. Good quality.

The order took a long time to come although we were pleased with the designs when they arrived. I ordered three designs for my three children but they only came in two order books so one of my children was very upset not to receive their own ëaustralia' stickers.

The labels are pretty. I like the kindergarten pack, it's very practical. Only disappointment: I was expecting fast delivery, and the parcel took over a week to arrive.

The thermals are fine, they could improve the quality a little, they seem a little flimsy... we'll see with the washes

The labels came off after 2/3 washes, even though the procedure for attaching them to the linen had been followed.

The quality of the product is great and in fact I repeat because I had already made a previous purchase and was very satisfied. What I have noticed that has worsened is the shipping service. It took me almost 15-16 days since I ordered it to receive it, it seems too long... Especially if it is something that is urgent as was my case. In my opinion I would prefer to pay for it to be sent to me and that at least it arrives quickly rather than it being free and taking so long... I repeat, except for this part of the service, I am very happy with the product and results as well as the customer service. The stickers do not come off and hold up very well!!!

The elaboration of the product is fast, but not the shipping. The labels, for my taste, are a bit small.

Hello; we regretted the delays which were far from those advertised in fact more than 2 weeks before receiving the order. We're a long way from the 48 hours used as a sales argument. In addition, there was no relevant response to our emails during this time. Just an automatic reply indicating that our parcel has not been dispatched. Shoe labels fade without the protective plastic of the old model

I tried to get in touch 2 times to find out where my order was and did not receive any coherent response , it took me quite a while to arrive about 20 days .

The self-adhesive labels are really good and effective, I'm also satisfied with the shoe labels, but the self-adhesive labels came off in the 2nd wash! So I wouldn't recommend this model!

I placed a large order on August 31. I received the personalized labels twice in the third week of September, and today, September 23, I am still waiting for the rest of the order: lunch boxes, canteens and snack bags. I'm sick of waiting, to tell you the truth. I can only appreciate the labels, which are beautiful and useful, but I can't say anything about the rest of them.

Self-adhesive labels start to peel off after the 1st wash.

I've had 3 batches so far but the most recent one the stickers have come off clothing in the wash. The 1st batch are still going strong on both clothing and lunch boxes etc.

Many object stickers come off quickly in the dishwasher 🙁

Labels too small.

This time, which would be the fourth, I was unlucky with the shipment that arrived after more than two weeks, I thought it was lost. The labels are a little worse, in past years the finishing of the designs were much more precise.

Long delivery, very high prices and the labels come off easily. I will not buy the products again

Beautiful packaging in which they arrive and the graphics, a little less so the arrival time and untraceability of the shipment (in part because the labels are sent by plain mail and therefore no extra cost). Good price too!

The labels are very cute,unfortunately I only give 3 stars because it took 15 days to be delivered to my house and you couldn't even track the shipping...there was just waiting patiently without knowing when they would be delivered!

I placed the order on September 5 and today, September 23, I still have not received ???????.

I placed an order that was supposed to be in 48 manufactured and they sent it to me 4 days later and to top it off it was incomplete, only half of what I ordered!!!! I make a claim and they answer me two days later and tell me that they will send it to me again in 48 hours, I tell them to give me back the money of what they have not sent, I no longer want what they did not send me, no answer received!!!!

I find iron-on labels for clothes far too big. The ones that have to be stuck on are not easy to peel off and don't always hold well.

Good labels, long shipping. In response to Ms. Elena, who commented on my review, I say I stand by my opinion, 2 to 10 days to ship is still a long time in my opinion. The product I said was still good. You ask to review and so I did, product and service, then if you don't like it.... ....suerte!

Quite disappointed by the iron-on labels, which either don't stick or peel off very quickly after washing. But the design is very nice. No problems with self-adhesive labels for objects. Very fast shipping
