I received my first order after a few days, the stickers arrived within 5 days and they stick very well. I placed the second order and now it's been 15 days and the order hasn't arrived. My son is starting school soon, now I have to spend extra money and buy new stickers in the market. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again. Ah and the goods have already been paid for

I still haven't received my parcel which I ordered on June 18th and which was dispatched on June 25th. However, I was surprised to receive an SMS telling me that I had to pay customs duties!!!! I therefore concluded that the product I was buying from a Bordeaux-based company had in fact come from the other side of the world, but when you order, you don't know that, any more than you know how long it will take to be delivered. It's scandalous, the consumer is being held hostage. To date, I've paid the customs duties, my parcel was due to arrive last Tuesday and today I still haven't received it - it's unacceptable! I strongly advise against buying anything from this site.

I'd already bought iron-on labels for the crèche and was delighted. For the summer camp, I recommend a set of iron-on labels. The result was very disappointing! even though I followed the instructions In the first wash: half the labels had peeled off In the second wash: there was almost nothing left. It's a shame.
