Extremely disappointed with my purchase... I cut the labels off my daughter's clothes to avoid any inconvenience, so for the nursery I ordered iron-on labels. They were beautiful and I stuck them on following the recommendations. I'm really disappointed, I've wasted my time and I have to redo everything... I might as well tell you that it won't be with iron-on labels from cmonetiquette...

After several orders for labels to mark my child's clothes, for which I was satisfied, I ordered the "Snowman" window sticker and I'm really disappointed with this product. The die-cuts are poorly made and parts of the sticker tear despite my best efforts. For a relatively small product costing 15, I'm not satisfied.

My order never arrived!!!

My order never arrived after almost two months and after complaining twice. The customer service is lousy, they never take the calls and when they do, a very annoying girl talks to you without the slightest attempt to be cordial even if you talk to her in a good way. I have asked for my money back and to this day I have had no response. I hope you read this and that you take my claim into account, because otherwise it is impossible.

Very disappointed by the size of the bags, the photo of the child with the bag is absolutely not representative. As a result, paying 12 for a tiny bag with a 6 delivery charge that is not at all justified, is shameful.... I would absolutely not recommend and would advise against such a purchase.

Very Disappointed, sticky labels don't stick.

I ordered a water bottle for my 4 year old son. The cap broke after 2 weeks. I thought I was out of luck, so I bought 2 caps (since you can't order for less than 8 euros...). The new cap lasted 3 days! Yes, my son drops his water bottle, but he doesn't smash it against walls! I chose this product (in metal and very pretty! bravo for the design in any case! ), to have a reusable water bottle and limit my waste. 2 deliveries and 3 plastic caps later, I regret my purchase.

The labels never arrived, you didn't care if they had arrived or not, until I protested several times, you didn't listen to me, the fact is that I had to ask for my money back, and I still haven't received it! For me, your service and customer service is not good at all!

Unfortunately, the personalized cotton bag is not a well-made product. After only one wash at 30 degrees as per the label, the prints are almost obliterated. I would not buy it again.

The first time I ordered something arrived fine a year ago but this time I ordered again according to them they have sent it 3 times and it has never arrived. They have refunded my money. I don't know why they don't send it certified so there are no problems.

Hi. The Thermoadhesive labels for clothes, which I ordered from PetIt fernand are beautiful, pero as I saw, the bad quality! The greenhouse first I put (first read utilluzzo guide) on clothes for my children, who one goes to kindergarten and other already in school, all iron-on labels. Both came back with labels peeled off, and they were not the clothes even washed, none not pulled, not touched, nothing, and already they were peeled off

I never received my order. And the tags were for my son's birthday and the gifts that went with them could not be made. I will not buy from them again. They were ordered ahead of time and I sent several inquiries about the status of the order so there was leeway. Fatal.
