In fact, I placed the order on September 4th and it did not arrive until the 18th, a week after school started.

Very good but much longer than 2 days to get.

Self-adhesive labels don't stay on after a first machine wash. The same applies to iron-on labels. Maybe a bad batch. It's the first time it's happened to me! I've never had this problem with my eldest daughter. I'll have to wait and see on the others.

They should improve the shipping of the labels!!!! Since I did not arrive on time tube q buy other labels on another page and I came pretty fast.... should not put 48h or better clarify that in 48h you make the labels.

Shipping took too long

Is not the first purchase. The shipping is super slow...

The labels are very good and of good quality. My complaint comes because on the website while ordering you are informed that you will receive it in 48 hours and once you finish the process, having already paid, it says that between two days and 10!!! which seems to me to be a deception. If you are not in a hurry nothing happens but in my case I opted for them for the 48h and I got to the 8 days .... so I had to buy other additional labels.

Seemed great for the first two weeks (stickers stuck on clothing labels), even ordered more. But they are now beginning to lift, one has come off the label and stuck itself firmly to my washing machine drum. Wish I hadn't bought second lot, pricey and they don't stick as promised.

I ordered it 10 days ago, it was intended as a birthday present. Unfortunately, the lunch box arrived far too late ??

The labels were dispatched 7 working days after the order was placed. On the website, they promise not to exceed 48 hours. I received an e-mail saying that they had been dispatched 5 days after the order. Of course, it was the back-to-school rush, but hey... Apart from the delivery time, the labels are pretty and of good quality.

At first glance, the stickers look very nice. At second glance you can see stripes, which doesn't interfere with their function, but they're not really great. I also had to wait 10 days after the shipping confirmation, which was too long for me personally. I had overlooked the fact that they are shipped from France and would have chosen a shorter route otherwise. I can't yet say how long they will last.

It is a little difficult to stick the labels if the clothes are not very well stretched. If the clothes have roughness like the xandal type, it's hard to stick. I have had better ones.

Nice labels but delivery time a little too long

Very pretty labels, thanks to the personalization. It's a shame they don't stick (the label comes off after just a few days) on the clothes.......objectif for which they were bought.

Nice idea and products, but not very sturdy. I bought a water bottle and falling from only 30 cm broke the cap,good thing I had taken a spare one. Maybe a protective case would be needed since it got dented as well. The lunch box nice but the color chosen looked better from photos . Thank you MG

Very nice labels for the various customization possibilities, but the shipping time is too long

Unfortunately I had to wait two weeks for my order. About 2-3 days. It was supposed to be there for the first day of school, but unfortunately it wasn't. And no one was willing to accommodate me either.

When the stickers came I was so impressed and thought they where a great job . Then once I washed a few items the stickers came off . I had the stickers applied on each item days maybe even a week before they where worn . Not sure what happened , I reordered some more to try them again and it happened again

I've bought name stickers before from Petit Ferdinand and been happy with them. However, this time they have started to peel off after one wash (I followed the instructions and they weren't washed for a few days after applying). This was after being disappointed with delivery - although they were dispatched within 2 days of order, they then took a further week to arrive. I don't think I'll be ordering again this time.

Very nice labels, you can see the quality. I did not give 5 because I would have preferred faster shipping. You should use the courier and not the mail

On the other hand, it would perhaps be preferable to give a more accurate lead time when it comes to printing larger products such as water bottles or sandwich boxes. We're a long way from the 48 hours advertised. In addition, it would also be interesting if your offices could be reached at the times indicated, as this could have saved me a problem with delivery contact details. I had problems accessing the site then resolved through an exchange of emails with kind customer care. The response was not abrupt but, nevertheless, decisive. I was hoping the order would be more timely (10 days) but the confirmation email still specified the timeline. The product is good and meets expectations. Instructions inside and clever solution adopted to contain and store the labels.

I have never had any problems before, but this time it was delayed for a week.

The stickers are good but a little too big. They don't fit in several of the children's clothing labels.

The labels were not all cut correctly. I was not completely satisfied!

I'm a bit disappointed with the product compared to the c à qui labels. Order nothing to say, careful and fast shipping. I took 2 sets of vacation camps. And after only one machine wash, the iron-on labels are already starting to peel off. It's worse than the old iron-on labels where you had to write the name in pen. These peel off after 3 or 4 machines, but the labels on my label didn't stand up to the first one... Considering the price, I'm disappointed...

Some stick, some don't, thermos or self-adhesive...
