I did not receive the package or the refund a day later.
I didnt recieve my order?! Its been 2 weeks now
After the first successful order, problems arise. Iron-on labels peel off. Self-adhesive labels last a little longer, but eventually peel off too. Only the self-adhesive labels for shoes and objects seem to last a little longer than 2 months. As for customer service, it responds but you have to justify your problems. Compensation still hasn't arrived after 10 days .....

I honestly never leave reviews and I wasn't going to even bother for this but they had the nerve to send me an email requesting it, so here it is. I was APPALLED by the poor quality of this product. I loved the website, being able to design labels, the fact that it was made in France... and then the product came and it was a nightmare. Though it should be pretty straightforward to apply, the label didn't stick evenly, if you move in the slightest it becomes deformed and crooked... honestly incredibly disappointed.
After my first order, I would certainly have given it 5 stars, I was completely thrilled. With the second order it was no longer the same, as the labels melted during ironing and ruined my clothes. Of course I wrote an email and now they have been looking for the fault for days.
I ordered on the 11th around 8:00 p.m. and to this day I have not received my order.

I ordered 2 personalized pencil cases. Beautiful computer graphics, too bad the realization then disappointed me a lot. The margin of the printed image came out badly and the figure is faded and doubled. Too bad because it was a gift and I expected a better product to look good ??
Order made on 26/10/2019 to note the business of my son who left on trip 06/11/2019, normally the order is shipped and in your mailbox within 48h never arrived to the day of today is the 14/11 +de15 days late, you can never reach the service on the phone 1st and last time I order on this site. There was a mistake in the address. I couldn't change it in the order but I immediately wrote to customer relations. I didn't get any answer, I didn't receive the delivery. Please refund the amount or send my order to my corrected address.
