Too long for delivery 11 days

Honestly, I have not tried the labels yet, however, I must say that the shipping time was very long.

The product is good. Although some of the stickers do come off in the wash. I was disappointed at the long delivery...took well over a week and when I emailed the company to enquire about the delivery, they never responded. Whilst I have used this company a few times, I'm not sure I will again. Customer services need to be able to respond to enquiries and it's disapointing when they don't. Happy to take the money immediately from the account without any further contact regarding the late delivery.

Product good, shipping veryyyyyy slow

I lacked information on when the package would arrive, although the result is excellent.

I followed the directions for attaching the heat adhesive labels and they have lasted less than a week (3 washes), it's a shame because I love the design....

Stickers very good but shipping slow

I'm sorry but two weeks after ordering, I still haven't received it. I find it useless to make production in 48h if it takes 20 days for delivery....

Long delivery time +/- 2 weeks. And delivery of my order + in the same envelope an order from another person ( a certain Jules)

Unfortunately, the stickers fell off immediately after the first wash. Despite following the instructions. A great pity but it is far too expensive for normal stickers.

The product is good but the delivery time absurd! 2 weeks other than 2 days! And to an email from me protesting no response! It was not the first time I bought on the site but never so bad. I don't know if I will buy again unfortunately.

Too bad, very pretty but some labels were found in the washing machine.

The product is fine. But it is too big. I did not look at the measurements but it is not intended for children for daily snack. It is too big and too heavy. It's fine for a day trip but nothing more. Not for daily snack.

The adhesive labels arrived 2 weeks late unfortunately. Sorry!

It took about 7 days for my order to arrive.

The quality is good, but not meeting the delivery time stated on the website is not acceptable. I placed the order on September 3 and got the shipping email on the 10th.... That is well over 48 hours. The shipping time is not even stated which is now explicitly stated is guaranteed by many sites. In addition, a fee is charged only at the time of payment which is not stated in the order instead.

Order exams quickly. The only flaw is the shipping method. I still have not received the goods despite being shipped more than a week ago

I always have problems with shipping! 2 times out of 3 I have had delays. Once I didn't get them at all. Very honest customer service sent them back to me for free. I would suggest courier mail more reliable and safe than Italian post.

The product is great and I have nothing to say, about the shipping I am not very happy because there is no possibility to track it and if you try to contact you get an automatic email not solving the problem

Shipping beyond guaranteed terms

Delivery time too long and you can't put the lids of the sandwich boxes in the dishwasher . The rest is fine.

Disappointed I will no longer take the self-adhesive labels everything goes to the machine!!!! I highly recommend iron-on labels that don't move ??

Very long processing and delivery time. The website stated 48 processing time, instead one package( labels) took 15 days and the other ( water bottle) still hasn't arrived after 20 days. I personally do not recommend it.

Deliveries too long

Hello, I'm coming to you with a complaint. Unfortunately, I bought stickers and for what reason was my 3 year old son burned by the stickers on his ankle. He was so happy to have his dinosaur tags, he doesn't want to wear clothes with them anymore. Yours sincerely A sad mother...

The labels are great but took too long to arrive. The kit is pretty but not very practical for kindergarteners: in natural color it quickly becomes black!

The first time very well, this second time I have repeated and they are not meeting the deadlines but they have quickly debited the amount of the order.

I got three stars it's not for the order but it took 7 days before I received it.

Hello We have ordered several times from you, for self-adhesive labels for clothes and school supplies and lunch boxes. - For the labels, no problem, the products are very good. - For the lunch boxes, we have ordered 5 in 3 years, the last 4 have been very good but the last one received on 19/09/19, the finish on the image is not great, there are air bubbles so I think it will peel off very quickly. It's a pity because the price of the boxes is still quite expensive. Sincerely

People talk about machine-washable self-adhesive labels, but this is not true. They don't stick to all fabrics.

I bought a personalized lunch box and the first time I used it, a flap was damaged! Super nice design, they should reinforce the parts as the use of lunchboxes are for children !

I have been almost 3 weeks without the stickers...I don't know what is happening with the order....
