Disappointed I will no longer take the self-adhesive labels everything goes to the machine!!!! I highly recommend iron-on labels that don't move ??

Very long processing and delivery time. The website stated 48 processing time, instead one package( labels) took 15 days and the other ( water bottle) still hasn't arrived after 20 days. I personally do not recommend it.

Deliveries too long

Hello, I'm coming to you with a complaint. Unfortunately, I bought stickers and for what reason was my 3 year old son burned by the stickers on his ankle. He was so happy to have his dinosaur tags, he doesn't want to wear clothes with them anymore. Yours sincerely A sad mother...

The labels are great but took too long to arrive. The kit is pretty but not very practical for kindergarteners: in natural color it quickly becomes black!

The first time very well, this second time I have repeated and they are not meeting the deadlines but they have quickly debited the amount of the order.

I got three stars it's not for the order but it took 7 days before I received it.

Hello We have ordered several times from you, for self-adhesive labels for clothes and school supplies and lunch boxes. - For the labels, no problem, the products are very good. - For the lunch boxes, we have ordered 5 in 3 years, the last 4 have been very good but the last one received on 19/09/19, the finish on the image is not great, there are air bubbles so I think it will peel off very quickly. It's a pity because the price of the boxes is still quite expensive. Sincerely

People talk about machine-washable self-adhesive labels, but this is not true. They don't stick to all fabrics.

I bought a personalized lunch box and the first time I used it, a flap was damaged! Super nice design, they should reinforce the parts as the use of lunchboxes are for children !

I'm quite disappointed with iron-on labels. After a few washes, the labels fade.

The clothes labels don't stick. But the shoe tags are fine.

It has taken a lot longer than what it says on the website. I doubt I will ever buy anything again

Excessive delivery time. The stickers are perfect and adhere very well.

This is the second time I order the cake box to make a gift and this time I was disappointed because it had some pomp the plated area and came without a box or instructions .... a bit shabby to make a gift.

The labels are nice but probably too big for the fabric ones as they didn't last 1 day. Too bad no problem for the shoes.

Too Long Waiting Time for Goods

Good evening This time I was not well satisfied, the order arrived incomplete of the de lot lunch bag and the labels bearing the names of two different children arrived in the same block. I can understand having to optimize but I was supposed to give the labels as a gift and instead had to cut them off because they were attached to my son's. Sorry Chiara
