Never received the order. To the numerous emails sent they reply with a preset text reporting that the shipment is not tracked, so they are unable to report what happened to the package and to wait. I have waited long enough, I would say. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and opened a dispute to receive a refund.

I have purchased several types of personalized labels and have been very pleased with them. The labels are customizable, in addition to the name, with backgrounds, designs and sizes of one's choice. I found the adhesive clothing labels, which do not require the use of an iron, particularly convenient and easy to apply, as do the thermoadhesive labels. Both are easy to apply anyway and withstand washing. The adhesive labels for shoes and items are also excellent. Shipping was quick and on time.
