The labels are fantastic, the customer service is attentive and knowledgeable, but the deliveries leave much to be desired.

I am satisfied with my order, received quickly and in line with my expectations. A small downside, I paid for envelopes, I did not receive the invoice and moreover, some were dirty. I wrote to customer service, I was told that the defective envelopes would be resent but I am still waiting for them after a month. Really a shame.
