I am not putting 1 star just because I am convinced that hope must be the last to die! It has been 22 days and I still have NO IDEA where my order is. My advice is: if you are in a hurry, definitely do not order from Petit Fernand! I even contacted them and they told me that unless at least a month passes, I have no reason to contact them. Absurd!!! I just hope the products are of excellent quality.... after all this time is the least I can expect.

We bought a gourd and I think it's very pretty, I would have liked to have a smaller capacity because the bottle is heavy and so full for my daughter - the stopper I did not know the system but it is complicated for my daughter to open and close it herself - the most disturbing is the smell and taste in the stopper that remains between each use. This is really the big black spot and not easy to clean with this system. My daughter is not yet 3 years old so not old enough to recommend it and yet she needs a bottle to identify for babygym and other activities.

Hello, I'm very happy to receive them,... then when I look closely I find that on one gourd the first name is written a little crookedly (and I'm very fussy, I only see that...). Then I wash them carefully, but unfortunately one escapes me and bumps into the tiles on the edge of my sink (so not high up), and yet Big Mark. I'm disgusted because my loulou is very sad! Then, during use, the big guy reports that the cap just pops up and stays in his hands when it's opened... I can see that. Finally, Robin, aged 4, is very frustrated because he can't open and close his cap. They're very difficult, my big one can barely do it. So I'm really sorry to say that I'm a bit disappointed. However, they are superb and my little ones never leave them. Thank you for your reply. Carole. After sending an e-mail as requested, I received two new caps very quickly and without difficulty. Trustworthy person doing their utmost for their customer's satisfaction. I recommend ++, and in the end the little shock on the gourd gives a "adventurer" side to my little Robin who never leaves it. It's good that you can choose the number of stickers yourself in increments of 10, whereas with the competition you often have to buy at least 50 stickers. The quality is appealing at first glance (dishwasher / washing machine suitability not yet tested). The time between ordering and delivery (in my case just under 3 weeks) was longer than promised, so there is still room for improvement.

Hello, I'm sorry to put only 2 stars. I ordered 2 bottles a few months ago. The bottles are solid, of good quality and very pretty. That's why I don't like the 2 stars. On the other hand, my children (users) aged 3 and 5 broke their first cap after not even a month's use. So I recommended 2 caps, colored this time. And again, a new cap broke within the 1st week of use. There's something really wrong with these caps, and at 8 a cap, I won't be ordering any more. It's a real shame, because the bottles are really good.
