I have been waiting for more than 15 days for my order and nobody is responsible for it.
I have not received my order since October 18, 2019.
It has been 20 days since I placed my order and I still have not received it. I have made 2 claims and they give automatic response but do not solve it. They have not refunded my money or sent me my labels, I have lost my money. I needed them for coats, Hallowing costumes and so on and I had to buy them elsewhere. A DISASTER.

Not even two months ago I purchased a custom thermal water bottle! At first I was super happy with the purchase in fact my first review was super positive but , now I really have to change my mind! In such a short time the outside has peeled off and I'm also starting to see signs of rust! So much money for a product that lasted a short time!

Non-existent customer service... + the labels are very badly precut, which means that many of them get damaged when you try to take them.

The labels arrived later than expected.... you advertise that in 48 hours you have the order but the reality is that they do not arrive in that time and you excuse yourselves by saying that the 48 hours is only for manufacturing and then it does not depend on you but on the transport company that is responsible for delivering them.... you have to be more honest and advertise according to what you then offer.

This time the labels from Petit - Fernand disappointed me. They arrived very late, their customer service was in turn slow in responding and also the quality of the product I think deteriorated because on two garments the labels came off in the first wash (which had never happened before and did not happen for example with other t-shirts from the same label block).
I never received my order. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order. They look like amateurs. I don't think I'll be ordering anything from you anytime soon. I am very disappointed.
I received an email notifying me that my order was shipped on October 9. And still today, October 25, I have not received anything. I have no way of tracking the status of the order, nor do I have any idea how it will arrive. Courier? Mail? No word.
