Waiting time too long... After 15 days I am still waiting for the product
I PLACED THE ORDER ON OCTOBER 21, 2019, AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT, AND IT'S NOW OCTOBER 31.
Not even two months ago I purchased a custom thermal water bottle! At first I was super happy with the purchase in fact my first review was super positive but , now I really have to change my mind! In such a short time the outside has peeled off and I'm also starting to see signs of rust! So much money for a product that lasted a short time!
Hello . I placed an order 3 weeks ago, my daughter had time to come back from her camp and I still have nothing. Very disappointed.
Non-existent customer service... + the labels are very badly precut, which means that many of them get damaged when you try to take them.
15 days after my order was shipped, I still haven't received anything. Very bad!
I did not receive the package. It is good to rely on services that guarantee the customer that the package will be delivered and on time.

The labels arrived later than expected.... you advertise that in 48 hours you have the order but the reality is that they do not arrive in that time and you excuse yourselves by saying that the 48 hours is only for manufacturing and then it does not depend on you but on the transport company that is responsible for delivering them.... you have to be more honest and advertise according to what you then offer.

This time the labels from Petit - Fernand disappointed me. They arrived very late, their customer service was in turn slow in responding and also the quality of the product I think deteriorated because on two garments the labels came off in the first wash (which had never happened before and did not happen for example with other t-shirts from the same label block).
I never received my order. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my order. They look like amateurs. I don't think I'll be ordering anything from you anytime soon. I am very disappointed.
I received an email notifying me that my order was shipped on October 9. And still today, October 25, I have not received anything. I have no way of tracking the status of the order, nor do I have any idea how it will arrive. Courier? Mail? No word.
I'm especially disappointed because the day after I order I receive promotional codes by email. I just feel like I've been had. I hope it was just a coincidence.
Say it goes in the washing machine, it comes off even if it's iron-on labels, I'm really disappointed.

Despite meticulous compliance with the instructions, the self-adhesive labels don't stand up to washing (cold or 30 degrees, never more); on the first wash they come off by half. Shame, the concept was nice?

I ordered the glue + lunch box on 10.10.19 and to this day 22.10.19 the goods have not arrived! I contacted es ist meins on 18.10.19 and they said: The package was handed over by us to the postal service on 11.10. and has a delivery time of 2-6 days. i would definitely order from another supplier next time!
The truth is that we have been a little disappointed with the product, because we bought labels for clothes, but they do not stick (thermoadhesive).
