Order placed on 04/09/2024 and still nothing received today 22/09/24. Order refunded but disappointing to have waited so long for nothing.

Order made September 3, 2024 label shipped September 4 but never received my labels to date! The only thing + the customer service is excellent and fast!

I had more than half of the hot melt stickers come off. And I followed the instructions

Stickers keep coming off after wash. Disappointing.

Nothing worked. The labels never arrived, and I'm still waiting for a refund that, I'm afraid, won't arrive anyway. Really pathetic. They deserve 0 stars, even one is too many.

Terrible shame I didn't read reviews earlier. Ordered September 3 and as of today September 22 never arrived and no tracking. My daughter is starting school tomorrow and I have no labels. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS site.

One month and I still haven't received my order

Very disappointed, it's been almost 3 weeks since I ordered the labels for my son, I paid 9.90 postage to receive them in 24 hours, and I still haven't received them. I will not order again.

The label fell of the tshirt after washing only once..

Disappointed, I received the labels before my daughter went back to school to mark her clothes. Already 3 labels have come off and ended up in the washing machine drum. I only wash at 30 or 40 degrees maximum. The label came off either on the garment itself or on a label on the garment.

I'm actually so disappointed! I bought your multi pack booklet as my friend had recommended them to me. I normally use the stamp from a different brand but due to my daughter having white shirts and checked dress I thought labels would be better. However in the first wash the labels came right off! What an absolute waste of money! I'm so incredibly upset and disappointed.

Quite disappointed because I thought they were self-adhesive labels but no. They have to be ironed so they are unusable on the fabrics I was going to stick them on.

Very disappointing. Waited ages for delivery and then we received someone else's labels. I thought they would have expedited the delivery of replacement labels but they didn't. I had to purchase elsewhere as I couldn't wait

After a month I still haven't received anything

The cap of the gourd is too difficult to close and open!!! the neck of the gourd is broken after a year of use only used in the morning 4 × per week!!! for a gourd at 25e is pitiful!

They sent me the wrong order and it was urgent because I was missing them in a few days. I was told that it would arrive on Monday at the latest and it did not arrive until Thursday. They also told me that to compensate me they would refund 15% of the order amount and they haven't done it either. I will not order again

Ho fatto un ordine e dopo oltre una settimana di attesa (tempi spedizione geologici non tracciati .. dovrebbero adeguarsi!) mi arrivano le etichette ... ma non sono le mie!!!!!! Il nome è di un altro bambino ... incredibile . Ho scritto al servizio clienti che dice risponde entro 24 ore ... non è vero. Non hanno risposto. Domani quindi lo dovrò chiamare spendendo anche i soldi della telefonata. Mai più ! Aggiorno che ho scritto un'altra volta ma niente . Ho chiamato .. 2 euro di telefonata per farmi rinviare le etichette . Non hanno offerto nemmeno la spedizione più rapida anche se l'errore era stato il loro. Anzi mi ha risposto una tipa pure scocciata !

I never received the labels. Nor was I informed by e-mail that the post had arrived. Where is my parcel?

I made a mistake due to a lack of information on my label order. I wanted to iron-on labels for my clothes and ended up with sticky labels that I have no use for.

This site is not even worth one star. I ordered for the second time because I thought it would go well like the first time. Now this time I had a very bad experience. I ordered adhesive labels that were supposed to arrive within 3-10 working days by normal standard letter, then they were supposedly produced again and sent out again by standard letter and I didn't receive them again. For me it is very strange alone that a normal standard letter takes 3-10 working days and with german post if you hack 1-3 working days it means ... well that was the very last time I paid thank god via paypal and thus got my money back.

I am disappointed with my order. The site is not clear enough when we place an order for the 1st time. I wanted to order labels to stick on the garments, not on the labels already present on the garment! There's no personal interest in ordering personalized labels to stick on a label! I might as well mark the first name directly on the garment label! I've wasted 20 euros and ended up with 100 unusable labels, since they're supposed to be put on a label!

The website advertises that name labels will be produced within 48 hours. It is now day 10 and there is no sign of the labels. Supposedly they have already been delivered. My children's school supplies were not labeled for days. I then ordered elsewhere. Refund at EsistMeins = no reply. NEVER AGAIN

I never received anything, I want a refund

My parcel never arrived. I contacted the customer service, no reply. No money back, no new stickers. Awful experience & waste of money. My order number is 4002212495.

I did not receive my order. I called customer service but they couldn't do anything. I bought another product. Really disappointed for the price there is no quality of service.
