I'm very disappointed, half the iron-on labels come off after 1 or 2 washes. However, they are applied according to the recommendations for use and on simple fabrics (cotton pants, briefs, T-shirts...). I don't recommend them.

Very bad experience! Hands off! I waited weeks for the name stickers and they never came. Firstly, when I ordered them it said they would be delivered in 4 days. But they never came. Then I contacted customer service and was informed that the order was in transit. But the product never arrived!

I ordered the stickers with regular delivery and they never arrived. I got my money back, and placed another order, this time with more expensive delivery, to a pickup point (4.90). The envelope was addressed to my name, with the street, no house number, no indication of the store that served as the pickup point. The courier called me and would not deliver the package because he was looking for me, there was no indication of the pickup point on the envelope, I finally convinced him. Very bad bad experience, and luckily they make labels....

I am really disappointed by this site. I have placed several orders and after a few months, all the products have defects - 4 water bottles: the caps are coming off. 2 were birth gifts and therefore only used for a few months. - snack box: the label comes off When I call customer service, they tell me that my order is too long ago... I've tried to explain that the material has only been used a few times, knowing that they were birth gifts. In short, I wouldn't recommend these products and wouldn't order them again!
