The proposed labels are too impodent to be placed on clothing.

Unfortunately my order can never arrive but I hope the 2nd order arrives ?? Great customer service ????

Nice labels but site not easily navigable. It is difficult to retrieve previous orders to reprocess them, you can't put them in the cart for changes, and you have to do it all over again from the beginning.

Always bought from here. But this time the quality of the iron on labels is different, not nearly as good as previous years (first started buying in 2018). They even look different as there is more of a sheen, suffice to say they didn't stay on the clothing for long. First wash and they started to peel off.

The product is great but the service is bad. For the second time, for the second order, my purchase was not delivered and I had to ask for a second shipment

Lovely stickers. Nice design but not sticky enough. They keep coming off in the wash.

The products are of good quality, the patterns should be renewed, and above all, the delivery time should be accelerated and free shipping guaranteed from a minimum amount

Compared to other labels used the hold is not very good at all. After one wash they are already in the process of coming off despite the fact that all the isteuzinodel of the supplier have been respected

This is a decent product but took far to long to dispatch. Though ordered in, what I thought was plenty of time, my children had returned to school for over a week before I received them. I would suggest more transparency about the length of time it takes to dispatch and the method of postage so that an informed decision can be made about whether its feasible ot even worthwhile waiting.

Sadly the stickers don't stick very well.

The labels for items are great so far, we've been using them for just under 3 weeks. For clothes it's 50:50 so far, unfortunately some of the stickers have already come off after the first wash.

The thermoadhesive labels are nice and for the moment they also seem quite durable (only one came off during washing). The thing to improve is the shipping time: I took advantage of standard shipping, without further payment, but 10 working days is really a long time!

I believe the delivery time can be improved.

Satisfied a few years ago, I didn't hesitate to order a notebook for my youngest daughter's entry into the crèche... But I was disappointed this time. I had ordered for the practicality of the notebook, but all the pages detached, leaving me with loose pages... Not great

Nice labels but they don't stick... in any case they don't hold on my son's comforter, I have to put 1 label back on after each wash. Maybe I didn't see the iron-on label tab, which is a shame because they might have been more effective than the stick-on labels. Otherwise, they're very pretty.

I chose for the package to be shipped to a pickup point near me, but I was not notified when the package was shipped nor consequently when it arrived.

More than 2 weeks to be delivered, I expected a fast service.

The cards arrived 3 weeks later than expected. It took them a week to confirm the issue and resend the order. The last person was very responsive.

Concerning the lunch box, I'm disappointed that it's just a sticker stuck on it and that it comes off very easily... A bit expensive for what it is...

I requested expedited shipping, paid 10 euro , arrived 5 days after purchase. Poor quality, after two washes they either peel off or crack and no longer read. I do not recommend the purchase

The labels for the clothes come off as you wash them. Too bad

They sent me the labels with some with my daughter's name and others with someone else's, then when they sent me the correct ones they sent them to a delivery point that was far away from where I lived, I will not order any more.

Ordered these stickers last year and had no problems with them at all, stuck to shoes, jumpers, t-shirts. Ordered more for this year and they are not sticking to shoes or jumpers. So far staying on the t-shirts. Same type of shoes and jumpers as last year, quite disappointment and am back to using a pen

They sent it via Mrw to a collection point. Even though I got the email saying it was there, after going 3 times and being told it wasn't there, I was then told it was returned. I wasted a morning talking to Mrw. They said the package had been left at the pickup point and those at the pickup point that they had never received it. I can't waste any more time on this, so I let it go. A pity

Unusually slow service The labels are always beautiful, but on my previous orders, delivery was always very fast. This time, with no news after a week, I had to phone and wait another week for delivery.

Very nice items but very slow and untraceable shipping

Very good quality as usual. However, this time the shipping took far too long. That was never the case with previous orders. Too bad, the labels arrived too late for the start of school Edit: I don't mean the shipping route but the time between ordering and it being sent out

My first order was a success with labels that you put on with the iron. The second order, on the other hand, I received labels to stick on the clothes, and I'm disappointed because my daughter is in a specialized institution and the clothes are washed, so I need labels that stick.

The labels are wonderful except for the thermoadhesive ones that peel off even if you follow the instructions for use, sometimes if you iron them again they last until the next wash. I always get the same thing and it's been a few years since the quality is not the same but it's worth it for the rest of the labels.

It arrived very late, later than indicated on the order.

All very good except the shipping service. It took me a month to arrive! The customer service girl was very professional, friendly and responsive.

I used to order labels for my children every year, but this year I'm disappointed with the delivery. It was billed (a not inconsiderable price for a simple envelope) and not delivered to the requested collection point, but to the other end of the neighboring town.

It took about 3 weeks for the stickers to arrive. School had already started. Too bad.

The labels to stick on clothes are of the same quality as those I ordered previously. However, the labels for shoes are of lesser quality and I'm disappointed. I don't think they'll stick to the soles as well as the previous ones.

It never happened but for the first time the labels came late and wrong too, there was just another name.

The delivery time of 2 weeks is very long. Actually too long. Perhaps this is due to the French postal service. The labels themselves are good, durable and recommendable, so it was the second order.

Label too small ... difficult to hold after several washes ... disappointing
