My order never arrived.....

The order was placed on September 30 and we are already on October 21 and I still have not received it, I go to the post office to ask and as they did not send me a tracking number they can not tell me to call them and all the time communicating or that it is out of coverage. When is my order going to arrive.

Hello I am disappointed with the previous order for my son Loukas TABORDA, indeed, the sheets stick together and tobimes the labels. This is the first time in 4 years that this has happened. Is there any way I can help? Yours sincerely Mrs Sylvia TEIXEIRA

Nearly 2 months after placing an order, I have yet to receive my full order. The customer service is awful on top, with no urgency to help or resolve the matter. I would have thought since it's their fault I didn't get my full order, they would do their best to get the rest of my order to me ASAP. But nothing! I will never be ordering anything from here again

My experience with Petit-Fernand has been terrible. I never received the order I placed.

I've never had a problem ordering here however my latest order wasn't received. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful and they only responded to me after I opened a claim with paypal for a refund. Ordered beginning of September. They proceeded to tell me my address was incorrect, when I had confirmed to them several times that my address was indeed correct. It's been 6 days since I've heard from them so I'll be taking my claim further with paypal. I'll never order from here again.

This is the second time I have not received my order. Neither the N°2000701969, nor the N°2000686412... have not arrived. The truth is that I don't know what has happened, once is passable but twice is too much. It's not that it took a long time, which I can understand, but that it didn't arrive? I don't think there will be a third order, neither from me nor from the people I know. A pity because I like the products.

Not very happy with the truth .... I requested the labels because in principle they arrived in 48 hours ..... They were for a baptism, the girl was baptized yesterday and after 5 days of placing the order I'm still waiting for them .... In addition, the customer service is not too efficient either...I asked them a question about the order minutes after placing it because I had a doubt about it, and they answered me the next day, when the order was already in progress and they themselves did not know how to answer me about that doubt, so I deduce that not all departments of the company know the product they sell. I will not repeat, there are other label websites that work much better and it is not worth the risk again.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for an order that has not arrived... and I can't find an answer to the email I sent to inquire about my order.

The tin is not printed. There's just a sticker on it. I didn't see this information anywhere on the website, so I wouldn't have ordered it. The sticker is stuck on crooked and there is dirt underneath. I am very disappointed. It just looks cheap and the sticker certainly won't stay on for long.

Some of the labels were not pre-cut and the bottle stoppers are fragile in a school or sports bag. I sent an email to inform you about the booklet of labels and the fragility of the stoppers, especially the rim - no return.

Very long shipping time to receive stickers on Sept. 29 and today is Oct. 19! Also not being able to receive a notification at the time of shipment I find it inconvenient.

Where are they? Booo!!!!!! It has been more than 40 days since my order ,and I still have not received anything .

I placed my order on 5/10 and today is the 19th... it is stipulated that orders are sent within 48 hours. Every time I write to the email address in the site contacts to find out the status of my order, an automatic email is sent to me telling me that the envelope will be sent within 48 hours. ....... I'm still waiting. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend your services and will not order anything from you again.

In early September I ordered some stickers for clothes and a snack bag, I received the stickers with a card that the bag would arrive in another package. We are on October 19 and I'm still waiting for the bag, they did not contact me, try to send them an email and do not receive, by instagram either .... For me a 0, I do not recommend it, and I will not buy from them again.

They never sent me the labels they scammed me they never sent me the tracking number.

You need to allow for more flexibility to edit an order online or have a customer service team who is able to answer quicker to update orders before they are processed.

I can't give my opinion if I placed the order on the 2nd and to this day I still haven't received it and I don't know where it is. Please, I need an answer. Thank you

Until today I did not receive my request already 20 days ago I asked, the mistake was my not having put the number more later I sent you an email talking more msm so aknda not received

It's been almost a month since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived.

VERY LONG SHIPMENT MISLEADING THAT IT IS WRITTEN IN 24/48 HOURS..AND THEN IN VERY SMALL LETTERS..THE PROCESSING OF THE ORDER AND THEN NOT THE SHIPMENT!!! ORDER PLACED ON OCTOBER 5 AND STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED!!! VERY BAD INDEED. WHAT WILL ARRIVE WILL BE TRASHED BECAUSE I WON'T NEED IT FOR THE PARTY I HAD A WEEK AGO!!! BUCKED MONEY I CONFIRM THAT STILL TODAY NOTHING HAS ARRIVED.... AND IT'S PASSED 20 DAYS...SO VERY NOTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY CONTINUE TO SAY (...Our shipping times include 48h working for manufacturing plus 2 to 10 working days for delivery...)!!! :)))

Very good quality products although it could be improved. - The lid of the thermal bottle broke on the 2nd day, as it is for children it could be made more resistant. When it gets hot liquid does not let any temperature pass out, it would be great if it had an indicator or q let a little to q when going to drink the children were aware that it is hot and not burned. - The stickers on the clothes did not stick as we expected and the one on the shoes exceeded expectations. - In the purchases we have made, we have always received stickers as a gift, our children love them!

I never received my order!

Nothing has arrived yet. No response to my inquiry via the contact form. No goods, money gone, not even a response. Great crap

Fab products but terrible terrible customer service. Takes far too long to resolve or reply to any complaint. Avoid the stick on labels!

Order placed on 30/09/2019 but as of today 16/10 I still have not received anything...will it ever arrive???? Perplexed and bitter ????

The iron-on labels don't hold after several washes, they come off the garment... Too bad

All labels washed out after 2 weeks. Applied as per the instructions. Company now ignoring my complaint emails and messages. Do NOT waste your money!

Received only half of my order and still no return to date.

The labels did not stick well on the clothes, never happened to me, but this time it seems that the quality may have varied. Previously I bought for my older daughter and they were perfect but not this time. I have to order more soon but maybe I will change companies.

More than a month after I placed my order, I have been charged and have not received anything.

Odyssey the fact that you rely on italian poste for deliveries is already a bad start. plus your request/info handling service is slow and therefore completely ineffective. After the first non-delivery and return to sender, I left the neighbor's contact in case I was absent and you instead headed the shipment to the neighbor. Moral of the story now my neighbor has to go to the post office with his ID to pick up my shipment! Thank you! i don't think i will repeat the experience....

I ordered thermoadhesive stickers from petit-fernard.co.uk that never arrived. So I paid and received nothing. Very bad shipping service. Order untraceable.
