I have been waiting for my order for almost 3 weeks ago but nothing,i still don't have my order.so what now???
I did not receive my order so I am very disappointed and want my money back.
1 month to receive a partial order and almost 2 for the rest which has not yet arrived by the way. No precision on the date of reception of the parcel I will not recommend

Despite meticulous compliance with the instructions, the self-adhesive labels don't stand up to washing (cold or 30 degrees, never more); on the first wash they come off by half. Shame, the concept was nice?

I ordered the glue + lunch box on 10.10.19 and to this day 22.10.19 the goods have not arrived! I contacted es ist meins on 18.10.19 and they said: The package was handed over by us to the postal service on 11.10. and has a delivery time of 2-6 days. i would definitely order from another supplier next time!
The truth is that we have been a little disappointed with the product, because we bought labels for clothes, but they do not stick (thermoadhesive).
I placed the order on 8/10 and still haven't received it but the worst thing is that I asked when the delivery would be made and I haven't heard back.

The order was placed on September 30 and we are already on October 21 and I still have not received it, I go to the post office to ask and as they did not send me a tracking number they can not tell me to call them and all the time communicating or that it is out of coverage. When is my order going to arrive.

Nearly 2 months after placing an order, I have yet to receive my full order. The customer service is awful on top, with no urgency to help or resolve the matter. I would have thought since it's their fault I didn't get my full order, they would do their best to get the rest of my order to me ASAP. But nothing! I will never be ordering anything from here again
My experience with Petit-Fernand has been terrible. I never received the order I placed.
I've never had a problem ordering here however my latest order wasn't received. My attempts to contact them were unsuccessful and they only responded to me after I opened a claim with paypal for a refund. Ordered beginning of September. They proceeded to tell me my address was incorrect, when I had confirmed to them several times that my address was indeed correct. It's been 6 days since I've heard from them so I'll be taking my claim further with paypal. I'll never order from here again.
This is the second time I have not received my order. Neither the N°2000701969, nor the N°2000686412... have not arrived. The truth is that I don't know what has happened, once is passable but twice is too much. It's not that it took a long time, which I can understand, but that it didn't arrive? The tin is not printed. There's just a sticker on it. I didn't see this information anywhere on the website, so I wouldn't have ordered it. The sticker is stuck on crooked and there is dirt underneath. I am very disappointed. It just looks cheap and the sticker certainly won't stay on for long.
Some of the labels were not pre-cut and the bottle stoppers are fragile in a school or sports bag. I sent an email to inform you about the booklet of labels and the fragility of the stoppers, especially the rim - no return.
Very long shipping time to receive stickers on Sept. 29 and today is Oct. 19! Also not being able to receive a notification at the time of shipment I find it inconvenient.

In early September I ordered some stickers for clothes and a snack bag, I received the stickers with a card that the bag would arrive in another package. We are on October 19 and I'm still waiting for the bag, they did not contact me, try to send them an email and do not receive, by instagram either .... For me a 0, I do not recommend it, and I will not buy from them again.

You need to allow for more flexibility to edit an order online or have a customer service team who is able to answer quicker to update orders before they are processed.
