I can't give my opinion if I placed the order on the 2nd and to this day I still haven't received it and I don't know where it is. Please, I need an answer. Thank you

Until today I did not receive my request already 20 days ago I asked, the mistake was my not having put the number more later I sent you an email talking more msm so aknda not received

It's been almost a month since I placed the order and it still hasn't arrived.

VERY LONG SHIPMENT MISLEADING THAT IT IS WRITTEN IN 24/48 HOURS..AND THEN IN VERY SMALL LETTERS..THE PROCESSING OF THE ORDER AND THEN NOT THE SHIPMENT!!! ORDER PLACED ON OCTOBER 5 AND STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED!!! VERY BAD INDEED. WHAT WILL ARRIVE WILL BE TRASHED BECAUSE I WON'T NEED IT FOR THE PARTY I HAD A WEEK AGO!!! BUCKED MONEY I CONFIRM THAT STILL TODAY NOTHING HAS ARRIVED.... AND IT'S PASSED 20 DAYS...SO VERY NOTHING ABOUT WHAT THEY CONTINUE TO SAY (...Our shipping times include 48h working for manufacturing plus 2 to 10 working days for delivery...)!!! :)))

Very good quality products although it could be improved. - The lid of the thermal bottle broke on the 2nd day, as it is for children it could be made more resistant. When it gets hot liquid does not let any temperature pass out, it would be great if it had an indicator or q let a little to q when going to drink the children were aware that it is hot and not burned. - The stickers on the clothes did not stick as we expected and the one on the shoes exceeded expectations. - In the purchases we have made, we have always received stickers as a gift, our children love them!

I never received my order!

Nothing has arrived yet. No response to my inquiry via the contact form. No goods, money gone, not even a response. Great crap

Fab products but terrible terrible customer service. Takes far too long to resolve or reply to any complaint. Avoid the stick on labels!

Order placed on 30/09/2019 but as of today 16/10 I still have not received anything...will it ever arrive???? Perplexed and bitter ????

The iron-on labels don't hold after several washes, they come off the garment... Too bad

All labels washed out after 2 weeks. Applied as per the instructions. Company now ignoring my complaint emails and messages. Do NOT waste your money!

The labels did not stick well on the clothes, never happened to me, but this time it seems that the quality may have varied. Previously I bought for my older daughter and they were perfect but not this time. I have to order more soon but maybe I will change companies.

Odyssey the fact that you rely on italian poste for deliveries is already a bad start. plus your request/info handling service is slow and therefore completely ineffective. After the first non-delivery and return to sender, I left the neighbor's contact in case I was absent and you instead headed the shipment to the neighbor. Moral of the story now my neighbor has to go to the post office with his ID to pick up my shipment! Thank you! i don't think i will repeat the experience....

I ordered thermoadhesive stickers from petit-fernard.co.uk that never arrived. So I paid and received nothing. Very bad shipping service. Order untraceable.

Really super disappointed, they're super pretty but don't wash at all!!! I'm disgusted, I wasted an infinite amount of time putting them on for nothing.

I ordered labels for my son twice I paid but never received anything I am so sorry so bad service one star is too much I will never order again!

Although I followed all the instructions correctly. The labels came off in the 1st and 2nd wash. I'm very angry. Otherwise they're super cute. Time and money for nothing.

The iron-on labels keep peeling off! I followed the instructions on the website: Flax position iron, 220°C, at least 12 sec on greaseproof paper. But there's nothing I can do! I've glued them twice now. I can't go on gluing them all the time! If I'd known, I'd have bought sewing labels! In the end, I'd probably have had less trouble!

Package not received after 15 days since order. I contacted cmonetiquette by email, automatic reply: I have to wait again. No order tracking at reception, where is my parcel? Debiting the 67 euros from my account was quicker! I don't know how this transaction will end, but my daughter already spent last summer in a center where labels were required, so she didn't have them. Will she get them next summer? I'm still hopeful despite my annoyance at having received this request for evaluation before my parcel!

I placed the order on September 29th. Today is October 14 and I haven't received it so I can't give my opinion yet. They can't send a message to rate the product at 2 weeks if they take more than 2 weeks to ship!

This is my 5th order - In the past I have been very happy with the service and the stickers, however! I had an empty envelope arrive on my doorstep 5th October. I ordered £37 worth of stickers which still haven't been re-sent. I messaged the customer service immediately via email - no reply, called them - answerphone message, as a last result I used Facebook messenger and received a cheeky reply and smiley face - unbelievable! The customer service is appalling! Please sort my order out ASAP!!!

I ordered it because I wanted to put the name on the uniforms of my children in the same fabric, I cut one by one and with the same plastic that comes already glued and on top of the paper that comes also and the iron in cotton mode and without steam and well it has not been possible, I do not know if I have been doing it wrong, but I read in the information sheet that it is better to put it in the marks, I do not know if that is why, but my children are very upset and their clothes do not have marks on the neck or on the sides, so it has not helped me.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED, THE LABELS COME OFF AFTER WASHING AT 30 DEGREES (WITH A SOFT DETERGENT WITH MARSEILLE SOAP). IN ADDITION, THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING THE LABELS WERE FOLLOWED, AND THIS ON COTTON GARMENTS. ANY EXPLANATION?

Very bad! I placed an order in August and it still hasn't arrived, nor have they refunded my money or given me any solution. I will never order anything again or recommend them.

Every year I place an order and always great. This time my order did not arrive. Very disappointed. As for the product I have no complaints, that's why I always repeat.
