Fast delivery but labels take a long time to customize if you don't want them all to be the same. Labels do not wash off. Disappointed

Dissatisfied with the self-adhesive labels which are very difficult to remove from the backing (poor pre-cutting) and come off when washed. I think I got the wrong batch because I don't usually have this problem. The iron-on labels are fine.

The site and products are nice but the shipping is by regular mail, not by courier and I, after almost 10 days have still not received the package.

A little disappointed because the label printing is crooked so not everything shows up...

I ordered shoe and clothing tags. For the shoes, no problem, they attach well and don't move. However, for the clothes labels, I did exactly what the manual said "200° cotton, leave on for 12 seconds", but sometimes they come off on certain garments after only 2 washes... Otherwise, the choice of color, font and design is really nice!

Very nice labels, except they're not for clothes.

The iron-on labels don't stick to my son's shirts, but so far they're holding up well on jackets and gillets. To be continued....

Longer shipping time than expected

The case is cute but the fabric too thin and not waterproof. It will be ruined soon Thank you

Waste of money. They came off after 1 wash. I followed the instructions too. Wouldn't buy again.

I've been delighted with the labels for years, but the latest packs haven't been totally top-notch, as some labels are difficult to peel off the sheets and the large labels (shoes and 2 lines and more) have a flaw in the background color: not uniform. Too bad

After 3 washes already 6 labels unstuck disappointed at the price of this one! I wouldn't recommend you again. Sincerely

Very good quality product

I am very disappointed because I ordered three weeks ago, thinking I would have time to prepare my daughter's clothes. I had to call and ask about the labels and was told that due to an error they did not print them and that is why it was taking so long. The person who took care of me never apologized for the delay. I have read several comments about other delays. I like the product but the service is disappointing.

I'm very disappointed by the clothes labels, which can't be removed. You have to cut them out and it's a pain. However, I'm very happy with the labels for objects.

I waited a week to write down the labels after trying them. I'm really disappointed, the labels are coming off.... Nothing beats the simplest technique I've done so far, writing with a pen on clothing labels that hold up great in the wash. It's not as pretty as beautiful personalized labels but it does the job better. To answer your question, I don't know how to answer it without modifying the comment: yes, I do stick them on the labels and not directly on the clothes.

So far they work very well. The problem is that in the drawing it looks like you can put the labels anywhere and when you receive them it tells you that it must be on the labels of the clothes. Let's see when they hold up when ironed on the back.

I took the nursery school pack and although the labels are pretty, I find the price high. The delivery was very long: almost 10 days!!!! So don't post 48 hours!!! I ordered on Monday 26/08 and it was charged to my account on 27/08 and delivered on Wednesday 04/09....I didn't even get a call. What's more, the iron-on labels don't seem to be of good quality. To be seen in time. I won't be ordering again.

Good product. Adheres easily to clothing labels, bags, cups & other items. Would be even better if the labels were iron-proof! I managed to melt one first time ironing an items of clothing! Would recommend though.

As ordered, beautifully presented in a booklet! The only downside is that delivery times are a bit long for my liking.

The product is correct but I am not satisfied with the shipping method, there is no way to track it, they tell you that it is priority shipping which is not accurate because it is an ordinary letter. They should offer the possibility of choosing between a normal letter with a 10 day wait for delivery, or a faster delivery through a transport company such as MRW, Fedex, etc. Please consider it. Thank you.

We ordered stickers and the personalized snack box. The products are very good. The box is really great. But the delivery took 10 days, which in my opinion is no longer up to date. Unfortunately, the products didn't arrive in time for the first day of school.

The labels are pretty but peel off quickly... shame!

Great design & colour - labels have fallen off school clothes in the first wash ! Very disappointing!

The iron labels were applied correctly however after one wash they gave come off so have to apply new labels . I thought they would have stayed on longer than one wash. Very disappointed .

Thermo adhesive stickers for clothing are not suitable for all fabrics. On one of my son's school tracksuits they peel off (without having washed it). And the second order I placed (on September 5) I have not received it yet.

The delivery time for us was unfortunately almost 2 weeks. The tin is good but we are disappointed with the print, very pale colors and not printed directly on the lid, but rather cheaply glued on with air holes.
