I ordered four types of stickers and only three arrived.
The first time I bought them I was very satisfied. The ones for dresses were great, they stayed put on the dress even after several washes...then I bought some more and other than coming in a different color than I ordered nn stick to the dresses and they come off even without washing them
Since mid-September I still have not received my order!!! I was told to wait until September 29 and from there no response!!! As far as I am concerned my experience is absolutely negative!!!
13 working days and the 'order has not arrived.... For now I think I was scammed, I hope to change my mind....

I am dissatisfied because I did not receive my last order. The Post Office is investigating the delivery. It was an urgent order for my son's school. I am afraid to recommend the site if there are no other delivery options. I've always been happy with C mon étiquette but this delivery problem is really getting to me.
If I could have put zero stars I would have! Lousy customer service. They respond to you with emails that start automatically. Order never arrived. And there is no possibility of a refund. Absolutely not recommended! Take a permanent marker and write your children's first and last names on everything you need to label. You will save yourself 30 euros and a lot of aggravation!!!

The stickers are nice but the customer service is not great at all. I won't be buying from them again for that reason.
Hello, the service is terrible, I placed the order 1 month ago and it has not arrived and I try to call the customer service number and no one ever answers me. A disaster...
I still haven't received my order, the customer service doesn't answer anymore since I asked for a refund, I had to order on another site which really delivered to me. I absolutely do not recommend this site!
Unsatisfied with the labels because I had also written to you that the image with rainbow is missing and that is exactly why I am not satisfied,the work done only half done.After 3 e-mails sent to you you have not even replied to me.Why?

I placed the order a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
I order a dozen labels with my address, and the price seems reasonable. Except that within minutes of placing my order, I find the labels at the bottom of a drawer! I hurriedly sent a message to customer service asking them to cancel my order. No reply. My order arrived two days later, followed by a condescending e-mail from Daniella, customer service, saying "it's a bit late for a refund". Of course, it's much cheaper to leave an e-mail requesting a refund lying around, because once they've been dispatched, there's no way of returning them for a refund! With such methods, their turnover must be comfortable. I wouldn't recommend it!
Long overdue order
I have been waiting for my double order since September 4th. I contacted them and they told me that they are going to do it again because the post office has lost the package, today October 10 I still have not received anything at all. I have ordered from another clothing sticker store and in 3 days at home.

I received it with the wrong name, I wrote to them two weeks ago, and I'm still waiting.
I ordered some stickers and a personalized lunch box that never arrived. I contacted them and they gave me a tracking number that did not exist. I explained to them that I could not locate the shipment and I am still waiting for a response. Unfortunately I saw after placing the order that there are more people that this has happened to. Even so, the stickers arrived and they are beautiful, but apparently they may or may not arrive, as it happened to me with the personalized lunch box, which is not cheap at all. A pity, I had loved them and of course I was thinking of continuing to take them there and recommending them at school but given the support they give and that it is not the first time it happens of course I will not buy again having more alternative pages.
22 days since I ordered and still not received- will not use again. They have not responded to my emails BEYOND WORDS!! NO ORDER NO REFUND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS!!
Mu mala after a month I'm still waiting for my order it's a scam.
For now I can not objectively evaluate the product since more than 15 days have passed since the maximum deadline to receive the order and I still do not have it. I have also sent two complaints about it and I have not received any response either.
I definitely do not recommend!!! Too much delay in delivery, clearly no respect with customers not to answer the phone ... to find a solution. I used to order on aquis labels and now I'm going back to them! For quality and above all due professionalism!

Dissatisfied with service completely
The labels don't fit because they're too big with the drawings on each side, so you have to cut them or fold them over the label. They don't come out the same color as we thought they would be rainbow-colored, but they're very pale and more girlish than boyish. We'll be more vigilant next time and go for something simpler.
I haven't received my order since 09/15 so I can't comment on the product. Very poor service.
My order, shipped on Wednesday, September 25, arrived on Friday, October 4... I needed the labels by the 28th at the latest, so I had to buy a machine to label my son's clothes...
An order that took more than 3 weeks to arrive. In the end, delivered by a deliveryman who didn't care about delivering his product properly and bottles that aren't in my children's name (ordering error?) .... where are my bottles that I never received???? What's more, I've got the full .... I asked for a refund and to date, despite numerous polite messages explaining my disastrous situation as a customer (I don't think you could do any worse), I haven't had a single customer service call back to apologize or offer me a solution. So I asked for a refund, and like everything else, C-Monétiquette left me in absolute silence .... I sincerely regret this order and I'm not about to recommend this site. My children who needed these water bottles still don't have any .... I'm more than dissatisfied, I don't think I've ever experienced such deplorable customer service on the internet.
