Very pretty Easy to put on But doesn't stand up to the first wash ??

The product is really nice, practical and ideal. I chose the back-to-school kit as well as a water bottle and two personalized Tupperware. However, I was very disappointed with the way my order was handled, with a 48-hour lead time announced on the site that turned into 15 days...

We were not delivered on time, I had to phone to find out the status of my order. We received neither an email nor a phone call to apologize. No commercial gesture!

The stilettos are nice, but the waiting time to receive them has been very long because they came with regular mail. On the web it says manufacturing time 24/48 hours but the shipping time is more than 10 days. It could be better. Thanks

The labels are very nice and arrive on time. Only downside the smaller thermoadhesive labels are hard to glue on and get a little damaged

First shipment of labels lost. Customer service reprints them for me. Super fast delivery, but I'm missing a sheet of 10 labels. Not my first purchase. A bit disappointed this time!

The labels for the clothes are too big to iron on the label it sticks out it's not clean. Some of the labels didn't have the family name on them, so I can't use them because there are 2 Adam's in the class, so without the family name I can't use them.

Fast delivery, but the snack box closure broke after 3 days. Too bad for a product that's not cheap.

The site is well designed and the labels are quite pretty. But they don't stick very well, especially those for shoes and slippers. And the 48-hour shipping is false advertising. You have to wait almost a week and a half.

I was promised they would arrive in time for my daughter's trip! And they didn't arrive! ! My daughter was sad?

Very disappointed by the labels, which are very large so that they can be stuck to the clothes, and really not discreet. Too many object labels for a kindergarten level when they don't need objects but lots of clothes. What's more, there was no follow-up on the order. I received mine late compared to the announced delivery time, so I had to contact customer service. I give two stars for the speed of response from customer service. Really expensive for the result.

Beautiful labels and great price. Speed in shipping but they don't stick.

My children had chosen logo images to go with their first names...unfortunately some labels don't have them.

I have already ordered lannee Dernière and vete super really but there not understood the label for the linen needs the iron while lannee Dernière I had just to glue directly on the clothes so a little disappointed less practical otherwise tjr top

Superb labels, beautiful, well made, too bad they don't stand up to washing. Almost every time you wash them, they come off. It's a shame.

This is the second time I ordered the stickers with my daughter's name. The first time I was very happy. The second time very bad since almost all the stickers have unfolded. I will not order them again.

Shipping time was quite long considering that the purchase did not involve a customizable product. The caps are not the color I expected and are very hard to close, even for an adult... I didn't request a return because I needed them quickly... disappointed all the same.

I put 3 stars because I expected better when I wash the clothes of my daughter, the labels come off and I did exactly what is written in the advice for use, otherwise they are very pretty.

3 times that I order and this time the family name was cut on the letters J and L on some labels. Disappointing

The design I selected to be on my labels was not on them when I received them. I'm happy with the quality of the labels but disappointed that we weren't warned that the design wouldn't be on them, so my daughter was sad.

I've ordered from this company for the last two years now with no issues except this year I have still not received my order and I have emailed to ask whats happening and had no response!

It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I still have not received it.

They have started on come away on shirts after one wash. Slightly better on thicker inform items such as a pinafore but generally disappointed.

We had discomfort waiting for delivery, and honestly having ordered for three different children, having received them all mixed was not the best. But I must say that at least they added a few more. The labels are nice and convenient. I recommend!!!

It has never happened to me before, but just this time, the first batch of stickers of my second one came out of production with hardly any trimming, so they are broken?

A bit cumbersome to remove the stickers. It costs a lot. It all comes in a booklet and is not very practical.

The labels for the materials are always top-notch, but the labels for the clothes aren't top-notch because they're not cut properly, so when you take one off, everything rips, hence my average rating.

The labels are conform and correspond to what I ordered however the confirmed delivery time of 48 hours is not respected.

As soon as it is washed according to the instructions and recommendations, it comes off, I am talking about the thermoadhesives.

The labels are fine and arrive quite soon, at least the first ones I ordered, I am still waiting for others that I'm sure will arrive soon.

I have ordered labels twice and both times they have arrived very late.

I like the format! It arrived a little late...and one of the labels came without the picture I ordered...otherwise pretty good.

The clothing labels (adhesive or iron-on) are of good quality, and delivery is fast! However, the shoe labels faded after a day ... I contacted the after-sales service who asked me for photos, but I didn't get them back within a day ... to be continued

Takes a long time to arrive

The labels are beautiful, but unfortunately don't stick properly to all fabrics (some came off in the first wash). What a shame!

It arrived very late. Shipping was stated to be 48/72 hours and it took more than 11 days. Very good price. And very good quality.
