Unfortunately I am not satisfied with the service. I ordered the labels 2 weeks ago and haven't received them yet, although it was advertised that they would be ready for dispatch within 48 hours!

I'm disappointed because it doesn't stick at all. I followed the instructions but it doesn't work.

Order delivered 1 month late and incomplete -> 2 months later I'm still waiting for my labels! Pathetic

You ask me to give you an opinion on what you ordered, but nothing has arrived here yet!

I'm disappointed. It doesn't stick when I put it on shoes like you showed. On clothes when I put the iron on it burns and doesn't really stick.

I have not yet received my order.

I didn't receive my labels and the seller didn't reply to 3 emails, 3 messages on messanger, several comments to their posts on Facebook. And yet they put my money in their pockets. Very disappointing to be treated like this.

I received an envelope with the order but it arrived open and empty.

It's been 25 days and the goods still haven't arrived. i understand that another party is in charge of shipping, but petit fernand is still responsible for it. I have sent 3 inquiries to customer service and I keep getting automated responses that don't really respond. I am very disappointed in the service

The delivery time was very long ( more than 10 days ). If you're in a hurry, don't order your labels here!

The goods did not arrive. I paid on time when I placed the order. Today, after about 20 days, I have not received my product!

Bad, it doesn't fit at all, I took labels for my two children, I followed the instructions but nothing fell off, I tried to contact customer service, no consideration, I sent an email, no reply... Really very disappointed...

The order was missing the two water bottle caps, I only received the labels. I wrote 2 times to customer service and no response

Almost a month and still nothing....Order placed on September 9th and I still haven't received anything despite a contact with customer service who told me to send back labels. I still have nothing.....I am more than dissatisfied!!!!

I ordered stickers for my son in mid-September...I had been asked for them by the school.... unfortunately they never arrived and by contacting customer service I was always answered through a pre-filled email always the same in which I was simply told to wait!To this day I was forced to provide otherwise and I do not know what happened to the stickers and the money spent...

They all come off even though I followed the instructions. I wrote an email and no one ever replied.

An order from the beginning of September and I still haven't received any response from them.

I ordered thermoadhesive labels for my daughter's clothes on September 18. It's now October 6 and I still haven't received anything. It said delivery in 10 days. Unreliable site.

Hi, I am really disappointed with the labels I ordered. When washing all the school clothes they have been removed and left in the washing machine or stuck and wrinkled on the garments. Very disappointing. Regards, Alina

Absolutely rubbish, it doesn't stay put, it doesnt stick at all, and i didnt even put it in the wash the sticker came off, and when i dod put it in the wash it came off, totally crap and such a waste of money!

Disgraceful. Order placed middle of August still not received today (5th October) despite numerous complaints and assurances that the order would be dealt with, still not received. Dont hand over your money

No3000704073 was manufactured and entrusted to the postal service on 18 Sep 2019, 09:34:45, yes but never delivered. It was the second time I bought on this site...with the first order I had no problems, in a week the envelope arrived; this time, however, I paid and received nothing!!!
