It's been 10 days and I still haven't received the labels

In two days it has been 1 month since I placed the order and the product has still not arrived. I contacted the company and after reading my message they have not responded.

The labels never arrived

It's been three weeks and I still haven't received anything.

It has been more than three weeks and I still have not received anything, it is not possible to have a contact and they give no explanation. WORST

First positive experience. I ordered new labels but after more than 10 days they still have not arrived. I also wrote to customer service but received no response. Since mo also ask for evaluation here you go!

I never received it and had to wait 3 weeks for them to refund my money.

I've been waiting for a month and nothing has arrived, the ad said 48h,

I placed the order more than 3 weeks ago and I have not received it yet.

They ask for my opinion and I haven't even received my order, this is the height of cheek. I need a refund of what I paid for something that never arrived.

Very dissatisfied, heat seal labels do not go well Does not adhere to clothing....I will not order again.

I ordered the labels on September 8. They have not yet arrived. I contact customer service. Only automated responses where they ask me if the shipping address was correct. Then they shrug it off by saying that they delivered the package to the postal service on Sept. 10 (so on the promised time) and that the delay is not their fault. The package is obviously not traceable. To have controllable service, paying fair postage (an option I would have preferred when ordering but not offered!) I should have bought a custom water bottle/lunch box/cup. Meanwhile, I paid for it anyway.

I have not yet received the order placed on September 14.

I have not received my order, although I normally receive orders from other suppliers. My home is easily accessible and so is my mailbox. I have been robbed, nothing more, nothing less. I strongly advise against this and will be using another site to have my son's clothes labelled.

After 23 days nothing has arrived.

Order never arrived. Customer service is very slow at attending customers - they reply to my email after 3 days or more. Still waiting to hear if a refund is possible. I was really looking forward to the stickers but now very disappointed!

Never recieved the item

I still have not received the labels. I was told 27/9 and we are sure 3/10 and also no one tells me where they are and when I will receive them.

Review distinctly negative.....Order placed on 09/13/2019 but to date nothing has been received....MALE...MALE

When the garments were washed only once, the label peeled off.

I haven't received my order and I'm still waiting for a reply from the after-sales service that I contacted by e-mail last week.

Order No.3000700956, involving 10 thermo-adhesive labels and 10 clothing adhesive labels, was never delivered. The order entrusted to the postal service on September 16 was not delivered by September 30 as promised.

Always been great but this time I'm sorry bad placed the order more than 15 days ago and nothing has arrived I get emails asking for an addition in money to unlock the package?
