Clothing and accessory labels come off

The stickers are great, but I received them 8 days after I ordered them. I thought I was going to receive them within 48 hours as the writing on your website suggests. If I had known beforehand, I would not have ordered. Best regards

The 24 hour livreson didn't keep its promise. Instead I got a 5 day one.

Self-adhesive clothing labels: square, poorly precut labels that tear, are impractical and generate skepticism about their lifespan. Fragile iron-on labels: same fear. It's a pity, because the graphics and visual rendering are very attractive and faithful to the chosen model. And other types of label are satisfactory.

Was very dissapointed with customer service communication. I've ordered my labels after 8days I got them. When you buy on website they said 48h delivery, but the customer service had told me because the offices are in France it could take 10 working days!! Apart that the labels are pretty.

Didn't live up to expectations. Sadly most labels were peeling off clothes in less than a week. May just stick to use a pen next time

I've called on you twice now, the first time: great, the second time the little object labels weren't detachable! Too bad. The products themselves are exactly what I wanted.

Good, but some labels are almost illegible... on the computer display it's not as bad.

I have not yet received my order, by phone they have attended me correctly, but I'm still waiting for it......

I was told it would arrive in 2 to 10 days and it has been 15 days and I still don't have it.

The quality is very good, pretty and practical and the delivery fast, but this time I had a delay of almost 3 weeks and no compensation has been made for the inconvenience of not having received the order before the start of the school year.

Received my order quickly except that the labels were not cut out so I had to redo them all. After a message they resent my order which looks better.

I bought your product for my children for back to school in good time and today it has not arrived yet. They have already delivered their materials and what I had bought were personalized stickers. It is true that the order was delayed and I did not have it for the time I wanted it, but it can always be used on other occasions and in fact I have to say that they are quality and very nice. I find the new iron-on labels much less easy to use than 2 years ago. They don't stick as well and peel off easily.

The labels are bigger than I expected. I regret that the size is not mentioned.

The die cut of the clothing labels, possibly defective, does not allow the labels to peel off, so they do not come off! Unusable. Fine almost all others (object labels) peel off well, but not all.

Does not glue certain materials

They're pretty, but they won't stay on your clothes.

Order received promptly but the quality of the pre-cut self-adhesive labels left a lot to be desired, which damaged most of the labels. A rather disappointing product as a result.

Unfortunately I followed the installation instructions, but the labels come off after one or two washes.

This is the third time I have ordered the heat seal labels and I have always had good results but this time I don't know what was wrong with them that they didn't stick well to the clothes. They did not fuse well with the fabric and lifted up, I had a hard time sticking them and they still did not look good. I am not very satisfied!

Very long delivery times

I consulted your site on the advice of a friend and I really liked the themes proposed with the possibility of having a visual of the labels ordered (very fun to do this with my son for his 1st school year). Products received on time. The visual quality is what I ordered. I'm disappointed, however, because I washed the 1st T-shirt on which I'd put a label, and it came off in the wash (perhaps a problem with the label alone, which was badly stuck on...). I'll judge after washing the next labelled garments, as I was very careful to stick them on).

The self-adhesive labels weren't pre-cut. I had to cut them out with scissors.

Delivery announced in 48h, I received my order under 6 days. Very disappointed not to have received my labels for my children's first day of school.

I ordered labels for my 2 daughters and got 1 booklet. The ideal would be 2 notebooks. Vary the images.

I'm very satisfied with the labels, which are really very effective, but not so much with the gourd, which screws badly and the stopper broke on the second use.

The stickers for the clothes are very cute, the colors etc. are superb. However, my order arrived very late, about a week later than expected, thank goodness I ordered well in advance. The object stickers are also very good. The worst of all is that the clothing stickers do not withstand washing, with a single wash at 30 degrees and by hand on a school polo shirt, the sticker is wrinkled and if I put my fingernail in it, it comes off easily. I would not buy again, it is very expensive for the quality of the product. I'm really sorry because when I didn't receive my order I sent an email and they treated me very kindly, but that's the truth.

The first order went very well but the second is not!

This is my 3rd year ordering the lovely bespoke name tags. Love the option to tailor background, font, icons etc. This year delivery took much longer than the estimated 48hrs (possibly due to it being close to school start). Also with the shoe labels in the past they have also had a clear protective sticker to overlay but this wasn't included this time. Not sure if an oversight or cost cutting. Time will tell if the shoe labels stay in place as well without this protective cover. I'll use Petit-Fernand again but will be conscious of the lead time.

You didn't see that there was a mistake...last name spelled 2 different ways... So no control. Disappointed.... Even if I made the mistake in the first place....

It took a long time to arrive and no tracking of the order.

Excellent site and very kind in assistance. Unfortunately the delivery time is not specified.To date after 10 days after shipment I have not received anything.

Fast delivery! But too much waste of material! As much label surface as disposable surface...

I used the stick-on clothes labels last year and they where great, so I thought I'd use them again this year. They save a lot of time when you have a mountain of school uniform to label. Unfortunately this year they've been a great disappointment. Despite me following the Instructions (stick and wait 24 hours before clothing is used etc) the stickers have not lasted past one school days worth of use. Which is very frustrating. So now I'm left hoping my child does not lose his clothing whilst I await the arrival of different name labels ??

Times considerably longer than advertised!

The labels are difficult to peel off. so it's hard to stick them on clothes. i'm disappointed the first time i ordered it, it wasn't the case.
