Ordered over three weeks ago and still nothing at home. No follow-up on the site and I'm still waiting for a reply from customer service. Apart from this bad experience, the labels are nice and strong. I got them from my kids two years ago and they're still perfect.

I am moderately satisfied. I chose c monetiquette after reading different reviews on the net. So I took the crèche pack. I have no complaints about the self-adhesive labels, but the termo-adhesive labels don't stick at all. And yet I did follow the instructions, I put my iron in linen position and either they don't stick to the garment or they come off on the 1st wash! So I'm going to buy another batch of stickers. But I'm a bit disappointed and it's a waste of time (which right now, with an infant, is really precious)!

Hello, I ordered two lunch boxes which are very functional and look good. But what bothers me about the price is that the picture is only glued on and not even good. Do not hesitate to repeat the process: The iron must be strictly at 200°C and without steam. Take care to apply the protective paper between the iron and the label. Pressure should be applied evenly for 12 seconds, in this case up to 15 seconds. Once the protective paper cools, take it off, and as soon as the label becomes warm, press with your fingers at the places where it is most likely to come off, then the ends. When the application is done correctly, the label fuses completely with the fibers of the fabric, becoming one with it. Through the label you will feel the fibers of the fabric. I encourage you to go through the application process again, carefully following the instructions.
