Never recieved the item

I still have not received the labels. I was told 27/9 and we are sure 3/10 and also no one tells me where they are and when I will receive them.

Review distinctly negative.....Order placed on 09/13/2019 but to date nothing has been received....MALE...MALE

When the garments were washed only once, the label peeled off.

I haven't received my order and I'm still waiting for a reply from the after-sales service that I contacted by e-mail last week.

Order No.3000700956, involving 10 thermo-adhesive labels and 10 clothing adhesive labels, was never delivered. The order entrusted to the postal service on September 16 was not delivered by September 30 as promised.

Always been great but this time I'm sorry bad placed the order more than 15 days ago and nothing has arrived I get emails asking for an addition in money to unlock the package?

This is the second time I've ordered from this site, the first time I was very satisfied. This time the labels don't pass the 1st wash even though I follow the instructions like the first time... very disappointed.

We still haven't received any labels...you guys are way overdue. You don't even respond to emails!!! I will never order from this site again....

Very disappointed with the quality of the product. After a month at school and a few washes later, the labels have almost all peeled off. I regret having ordered so many...

I loved the stickers that I received, they are beautiful and when I stick them on my clothes they don't become opaque, they keep the brightness and brilliance of the colors. Thank you

At the moment I have not received the order, so I am not able to evaluate it very well.

Ordered adhesive labels x clothes on Sept. 13 and today Oct. 2 nothing has arrived yet. It is not even possible to track the shipment. Very bad experience, do not recommend, probably money lost.

More than 10 days of waiting and still nothing has arrived. Baby started kindergarten without the labels. Kudos for the lack of organization.

After 15 days I still have not received anything, they have a contact telephone number in Spain, but it is absolutely useless. Since all attempts to contact them have been null (and I can assure you that there have been quite a few). A few days ago I wrote an email and I have not received any response. Zero customer service!

Never arrived the labels, very poor assistance

I placed my order on 4th Sept (it's now 2nd Oct) and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been emailing my concerns only to receive repetitive replies of the same email stating that my order is on its way and should be with me within 10days of ordering. Every time I ask for a refund my emails are ignored. The telephone number given for customer service doesn't seem to work, it goes straight to voicemail and I'm still to receive a call back. I'm very dissatisfied & frustrated 🙁
