The labels are fine but I'm disappointed with the time it took for delivery. In previous years I have not had this problem...

Very happy with the result but long delivery time (one week).

Fast delivery, but I'm only partially satisfied with this second order. The clothing labels adhere well and last a long time. However, the pre-cutting of the stickers was poorly done, and it's almost impossible to detach a label from the board without pulling on it too much or damaging it. I had no problem the first time.

Order and delivery went smoothly. Stickers are ok. For me personally, a name with numbers and changing color would be sufficient. Metal clip can be saved, I hurt myself when separating stickers. Additional stickers with curvy motifs were difficult to remove and half of them were removed for this reason. Suggestions for improvement: Staple-less items (simply in a name envelope would be much better) Additional motifs are not usable on all and also difficult to detach as a whole.

It takes a week to deliver. When it arrived home school was out. I was disappointed.

Ordered on August 31st and still haven't received anything!

Unfortunately, the labels don't hold up too well, which is a shame because they're very pretty.

The outlines of my latest self-adhesive labels don't come off properly. As a result, I have to use a scissor to detach each label. I'm a bit disappointed with this shipment alone. However, I'm renewing my confidence in you, because your quote is brilliant.

Good product but the delivery came 2 weeks later than promised!

Very disappointed by the iron-on labels, which don't last. They sometimes come off even before the first wash... On the other hand, the gourd is very good. A little difficult to open but my son has adapted.

Flask and stoppers clear. Object labels ok. On the other hand, I ordered iron-on labels for clothes and I already have 5 that didn't stand up to washing or drying (after a week), so I'm really disappointed on that score...

Fast and efficient delivery but the characters are tiny!

Iron-on labels are very pretty and inexpensive. Unfortunately, after 2 washes, they are already coming off...

Non-respect of manufacturing and delivery deadlines and no commercial gesture on complaint. No follow-up on delivery incidents. I'm still waiting for my order 3 weeks later. Very disappointed.

The self-adhesive labels were badly pre-cut and the iron-on labels don't hold well... considering the price, I'm disappointed! I'll try another brand next time!

Hello I had trouble knowing exactly how many labels and what sizes to get. And indeed I was very short of supplies when I received the booklet. I would have liked to have a pack (ce1 for my son) with all useful material and an undetermined number of labels. For a 1st order I'm disappointed.

For back-to-school, I bought 3 styles of labels: iron-on, glue-on and shoe labels. I recommend the iron-on and shoe labels. Big disappointment for the stick-on labels. I waited several days before putting the clothes in the machine. In the first wash, the labels either came off or were peeling off. I wouldn't recommend them!

The nursery pack lacks more stickers for clothes and fewer for objects.

Labels ordered on a Wednesday evening and received 5 days later, on the following Tuesday, too late for the new school year. However, on Thursday I had an e-mail to tell me that they would arrive the next day... So I couldn't use them... too bad because they're beautiful!

Good quality and good - practical presentation, but the cut could be improved. The iron-on labels are very good. The self-adhesive clothing labels were not well cut, that's why I give it 3 stars (nothing that a scissors can't fix).

Beautiful labels, but too long. Very practical label booklet. I had ordered 2 sets of iron-on labels and 1 set of self-adhesive labels and received 3 sets of iron-on labels.

Hello I am disappointed with my order. I ordered labels to stick on clothes. The problem: on one of the 3 sheets, the labels are very difficult to remove because they haven't been cut out enough. I had to get out the scissors... a real pain for a product whose aim was to simplify my life.

I'm a bit disappointed by the self-adhesive clothing labels. The idea of the label board is great, but frankly the labels don't come off the board, I have to take my scissors! But the labels are great and peel right off the board!

I regret the lack of follow-up and communication. The iron-on labels did not stand up to washing. As for the Object Labels, they are fine.

Delivery in 48 hours... it took a week to receive the order...

More than a week to delivery!

The labels are of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the cut cropped part of the name (on the 2-line version). It's not illegible, but the g and y are cropped on the surname in the second line.

I still haven't received my order, I've been waiting for more than ten days.

Deadlines not respected but the products themselves are fine

I have been ordering from this site for 4 years but my last order in August 2019 totally disappointed me. Between the manufacturing which took several days, the delivery in more than 4 days arrived after the start of the school year ... the shoe labels have trouble to unhook from the sheet, surely badly precut there is no more protection to stick over the labels in the shoes because they were Improved afterwards to see what it gives with time .... The designs haven't been renewed either, which is a shame... My son wanted a nice little Alien, but he doesn't have one, so this will unfortunately be my last order from them.

The delivery date was not met. I was unable to provide my daughter with the labels she needed for back-to-school on time. Compensation would be most welcome. Yours faithfully Emilie Naharro.

The labels don't hold very well. You have to iron them several times. Still, I hope it holds up in the wash.

So-called 48-hour delivery! It took 1 week to receive them!

Very long delivery time, no response from customer service by email. I had to give it to the school, then pick up all my daughter's things to label it... Otherwise, the products are faithful to the site and of high quality.

On my last order (clothing labels), the labels did not come off (unlike my previous orders). Very difficult to detach, so it took me a long time to label my son's clothes. I'm disappointed with this latest order.

Labels look good however very disappointed with quality with only one wash at 30 and a tumble dry a label has already fallen off. These labels are not cheap so I was expecting good quality

Disappointed by the delivery time which does not correspond to what is indicated! Otherwise great packaging! However, some labels are difficult to remove in the top right-hand corner. Sincerely

DIFFICULT TO REMOVE This is the second time I have ordered labels and this time I was not fully satisfied. The clothing labels are not cut well so it is impossible to peel them off unless you cut them off first with scissors. The other types of labels (thermo-adhesive and object labels) are ok.

Long lead times and delivery after the start of the school year. And unfortunately the color did not match the color chosen!
