1st order perfect! Satisfied with the pdts and delivery time. However, for the 2nd order ... strange: ---First I was contacted by email to confirm the delivery address ... Longer delivery time And 2 items were missing from my order, so I contacted customer service again, who told me they'd been sent separately and 1 week later... still nothing... so I waited (although I'd received everything in the same parcel for the 1st order...) So in the end I was disappointed for the time being, as I needed the bags urgently...!
My order has not arrived, no one answers my messages or calls.

I still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month. They answer you with an automatic reply and after much insistence. From what I read this is a common practice. Many of the orders do not arrive and then you have to waste a thousand hours to claim it. They should consider changing their shipping method if they have so many problems and stop treating customers like this.

I had ordered the Petit-Fernand labels before, but this time I was really disappointed. They took 15 days to arrive and not because of the postal service, but by monitoring the site I saw that they went into production long after the famous 2 days that they advertise so much. Moreover, the first labels are already peeling off after only a few washes
The same day of the order I registered an incident. Almost 4 days later I get a reply saying that nothing can be done because the order is already printed. What is the point of registering an incident, if they are handled late and badly?

If I could have, I would not have given even one star. Order NEVER arrived, I contacted the company several times confirming my address and got no response. I asked for a refund of my money or a new shipment but no response for that either. I'm sorry I lost my money and relied on this company.

Really deceptive marketing, and poor customer service. I ordered specially for a school camp with one week to go. I chose Petit Fernaud because their instagram advert all hinged on "dispatched within 48 hours" and given that it was a .co.uk website I assumed that everything would be fine. HOWEVER it appears it is a French company and only after dispatch do you get a mail that says it can take a further 2 weeks for delivery. So eventually my labels arrived the day AFTER my son got back from camp. They are thus completely useless to me, but I get no response to emails to customer service about a refund.
