I was sent the order for another customer. Whilst the customer service response was quick, the redelivery of my actual order has still not arrived yet and there was no prioritising of this - I was told it would be the usual 48 hours (and then delivery appears to be taking a week or two at least). Don't order if you want the items quickly, allow at least a month or two to receive your goods. I won't order from here again.

I had bought these labels a good six years ago for my first-born daughter. They are still there after many washings. I recently ordered for the new baby and unfortunately was shipped a defective batch that tended to peel off on some garments. Contacted customer service and received immediate assistance and a new order of labels was reissued. Incidentally, my husband ordered a personalized thermal tin for my niece and it was a very welcome and original gift. Therefore, I can only recommend this brand!
