The order took a very long time to arrive (obviously, much later than the start of the course), at no time did I receive a tracking link nor was I notified of when I would receive it. Today I found it in my mailbox, no one told me that it would be delivered this way. Although it is the responsibility of Correos España, Petit-Fernand should choose the transport companies that can provide better service to users.

I came across this company while viewing stories on Instagram - ideal as I was needing stickers with my daughters name on them for nursery , even better they come with a little character - a penguin as she is in the penguin group at nursery! I would like to be able to give an assessment of the product but the truth is that it never arrived. I claimed on September 15 and they told me they would see how to fix the problem, on September 20 I am still waiting for an answer. I am still waiting for a reply on September 20. It's a shame, you buy with great enthusiasm and in the end your child has nothing the first month of school.
