I placed the order at the beginning of the month and my order has not yet arrived.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCTS ORDERED AND DULY PAID FOR. SHAME.

Order never received and only reward is to be told that the order tracking does not exist so the problem of lack of arrival of goods does not depend on them. Do you like to win easy?

MISLEADING information perhaps the quality is great - but I am still waiting for the delivery to come! why has it not been communicated that the delivery may take months???? It is so misleading to read that the stickers are ready in two days but when they reach the client?? in a week? weeks? month? months? never? please try to find about the status of the delivery and communicate to me. thank you Olga Trynkova

Bad since my order has not arrived yet.

I placed an order on the 16th of September and I still haven't received my order and I don't know what has happened.

The order has still not arrived since I ordered it on September 16.... Very unhappy.

Communication slow and ineffective, I had to look up their facebook account and write to them there, but even so I got feedback 2 days later that they " hoped" the shipment would arrive as soon as possible. Well one relies on hope. To date I still have not received my order, this caused an inconvenience as I had to make other arrangements with another solution.

Very bad customer service, one month since I made my measurement and I still haven't received it and they don't even answer my messages!!!!.

I have received half of my order and every time I call the customer service line it cuts off or communicates I am outraged.

Fatal! I placed an order for stickers, bottle and lunch box. It arrived much later than indicated, but it's been 15 days and they still haven't arrived.

Great idea. The children were delighted to have a gourd with their name on it and with designs they particularly liked. However, the gourd was not very practical, especially when it came to opening it, and the lid had already cracked after only two weeks of use.

The labels arrived with the first and last name of another child and only after a month .

Great product but poor customer service. Contacted them a few times to say that I have not received my whole order but only half of it. The problem has not been resolved.

Order placed 16 days ago. Nothing has arrived yet. Nor have you responded to my email.

The stickers are nice but the shipping and production time is not the 24h they say. Basically you have to wait a week.

They came right off-they didn't even go through the first wash. The thermoadhesive labels are really bad.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product, most of the clothing labels have not withstood even the first wash, they have peeled off, and I followed the instructions step by step. As for the labels for the objects, the paint has been peeling off since the first use, a disappointment. I will not repeat the purchase.

I wrote several mails and comments that the labels did not stick well, in fact all the labels when washing the garment have fallen off......I wrote for a solution but I have not received any news. Regards
