I don't receive the package, customer service the only response they give me is that it turns out delivered. They choose the carrier for delivery and no signature is required for delivery. It is my problem, though, and they do not respond to it

Very quick to send little gifts (stickers) my daughter loved them easy to understand how the labels work I'll recommend them for the next school year for my 2 daughters! Small downside ( not 5 stars but 4 ) My daughter has 2 surnames and so we quickly exceed the cotas in letters for some labels but I quickly found a solution so that this problem is no longer a problem !

It is a real scam. They advertise on their website that the stickers will be ready in 48 hours and it's been more than ten days and I still haven't received the order. Not only that, but after a complaint by mail, since they don't answer the customer service phone, they ask me again for the payment. After sending them the proof of payment of my order, they have not answered me again. It is a scam. A real disgrace. I advise customers not to buy from this lousy store. I am going to file a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department so that they do not continue to rip people off.
