I'm taking off one star, however, because in the first wash, 2 of the 20 labels I ironed on came off, even though I didn't use a particularly hot program. I'll have to see how they hold up over time.

This is quite hard to rate as I haven't seen how long they will last as I've just done them. But I like how easy they are to do and I think they look great. The reason I've given 4 stars is because they are itching my little boy. I don't know if it's because they are newly added and with a few washes they might soften up a little. Also a tip when using - don't move the iron when ironing down as this will streach the sticker and ruin the name tag.

Hello, I've ordered from the site several times and never had any problems until now. My last order had a printing defect, the labels were impossible to remove from their backing, as if the outline had not been sufficiently "cut". When I finally managed to peel off a label, it was folded, with a piece of "transparent tape" added to the side: a catastrophe! I tell myself it's no big deal, the service department will surely find a solution, and then I'm in for a big surprise: there's no phone number! So I sent an e-mail, but to date I've had no reply, it's not serious at all, especially as it was urgent for the start of the new school year. Anyway, if there's no fault, it's still expensive for what it is but at least it's practical. If there's a problem, too bad for you!
