Beautiful name labels that have also survived the first few washes well. However, the delivery time made me sweat a little because it was more like 10 days from order to delivery (and the labels were intended for a camping trip - it just about worked out).

I placed my order on 9/7 and it was delivered on 26/7, so delivery took a long time. However, when I wrote to customer service, they were very quick to reply, which I appreciated, and offered a discount on a future purchase. On the other hand, the product is great, I took the complete pack and frankly it's very well done, my daughter loves it too. So I'm very satisfied with the product, minus the delivery.

Quality, speed and convenience

Iron-on labels are no problem on clothes as they don't come off in the wash and last over time. However, some labels for objects come off easily (water bottle, school stuff).

Stickers are great... The free extra stickers were also well received. However, shipping took a long time (10 days).

I think the name stickers are fantastic, I still belong to the generation that had to sew them in. I hated it when school trips or vacations were announced always with the request to mark everything by name. But now that's no longer a problem and the fact that you can design them yourself is perfect.
