I placed my order in August, confident they would arrive on time given their aggressive advertising of made in 48 hrs. Of course I did not expect to receive them in two days, I thought 10 days might be it. I WAS SO WRONG!!!! Long story short, I never received them. After posting in their social media several times, they contacted me and said they would expedite the order. That was closely to a month after I ordered them. They didn't arrive, I complained again and they promised to send a new set. I accepted and this one didn't arrive either. Being November, I got tired of waiting for my order placed in August and told them to refund me, and they did. That's the only positive thing I can say. I won't buy from them again.

Indeed sometimes there can be a problem with the post service and we will resend the order to our costs. It is very rare though that it does not arrive a 3rd time. Sometimes there is something wrong with the deliver address or the post service and we of course refund in this case, even though normally at the 3rd time, we either resend or refund. In your case we produced it 3 times and refunded you. We are really sorry about this and hope there will be a next time, as this is a very unusually and rare situation. Wishing you a lovely day. The water bottle is very durable but the caps are a disaster!!!! We changed 3 of them in 2 months, every time the water bottle falls the cap breaks! They are in the hands of children , you have to make them more durable

My order had never arrived and when I solicited the status it seems they blamed the Italian postal service. They informed me that they would send it back and when I asked about the wait time their response was 2 days manufacturing + 10 days for shipping!!!! Absurd, from the first order it will mean more than a month to receive some labels I needed for my son's nursery. In the end they just refunded me the amount without any suggestion of some discount to show their displeasure for the occurrence. I am really angry to have waited 20 days for an order with so much enthusiasm only to end up never receiving it.
