Ordered the labels but they never arrived! You are not reliable

Batch of labels received complete and usable after more than 3 weeks after several reminders and complaints due to the first delivery being incomplete and defective (2 weeks for the first delivery). Self-adhesive clothing labels that don't stick, or don't stick for more than a week. A shame when you order from this merchant for this particular product. Even more of a shame because the labels are really, really pretty.

I placed my order on September 12 and still nothing has arrived.disappointing ,without even notifying you of the delay.hoping it will arrive

Expensive for what it is. The labels are already peeling off and I paid for over 30 labels. I wouldn't recommend it. They focused more on the packaging than on the quantity and quality of the product.

Very disappointed, there was no transparent board for the shoe labels, so the water green color turns gray or peels off... I had just taken shoe labels as well as those for the clothes, so I placed a small order because I still had to pass them on. When you pay for a 28 pack, you get everything, and for a small order, it's sloppy and not serious.

Absolutely disappointed. I received someone else's order. I emailed the company & I sent them a message via Instagram....no one bothered to reply back. I then rang them and they said that they will resend the order. I still haven't received it, I have since sent them another message to which they have failed to reply to.

We ordered the first days of September ...we are still waiting to receive(September 27) ... yet we don't live at the end of the world....

I placed my order 22 days ago, it was supposed to be from 5 to 10, and I still have not received anything, I was told to verify the address, I did it and this is 4 days ago and I still have no answer.

I have left my order to a neighbor.... Lucky it's a village and we know each other.... Very bad service.

Order placed on 7/9/2019, as of today (27/9) I still haven't received anything.... I am sorry, especially for my daughter who cared so much about it. From customer service they told me to be patient until 26/9, at this point I can only leave a negative review since they don't even answer emails anymore...

For the moment I am very disappointed with my order, no reception since the beginning of September. I've been offered a new shipment, but it remains to be seen.

Basically after placing the order and paying for the goods in advance 1:it still hasn't arrived and it's already been a month, 2:there is no track to follow the package because the shipment is ordinary!!!

Waiting too long

I still haven't received the labels by 1 month. It's a bit long when you already receive part of the order in 72 hours and the rest doesn't arrive.

I don't know how they ask for my opinion if after 21 days I still haven't received my order. If the opinion is about the experience, I can't give less stars. A week ago I was told that it was leaving the warehouse when, according to the website, the order is made in 24 / 48 h. It is ordered on September 6 and I do not know when I will receive it. So my opinion is that I will not order anything again and I will not recommend it to anyone I know.

I am not happy at all. I placed an order on September 10, we are at 27 and I still have not received the order, my son started kindergarten 2 weeks ago and has all the material unidentified. I am still waiting. I don't know if I should file a complaint and get my money back....

Are you kidding me? They send me an email to give my opinion and I have written them 3 times to get my money back because the order never arrived and they haven't even bothered to answer me !!!! I have also called an average of 20 times to the number they have in Spain and only an automatic operator answers saying they are not available (at any time any day of the week really??). What a useless service you have set up). Give me my money back as soon as possible.

They never reached me so I cannot judge.
