I placed an order which unfortunately never arrived and had to complain about it twice. Very sad, there were no errors in the address details and according to Deutsche Post (letter carrier personally known) there was nothing for me.

I never received the mail with the labels.

You call customer service and it is not available. Order requested on August 13 to a delivery point ... has not arrived ..I send it back and we are 17 September and still nothing and do not answer in customer service ..Very bad the child started school and delivered books and can not label anything with the order and I had to comorar again.

I have been buying self-adhesive stickers for school clothes on this website for several years because the experience so far has been very positive. However, this last time it has been a disaster. It is noticeable from the first moment that the quality and sealing of the stickers has changed and they no longer last even one wash. Unfortunately, I will change brands.

Delivery time not respected (1 week wait instead of 24-48h announced on the site). Call to after-sales service was unsuccessful, as there was no answer as to how my order was progressing. Collection made even though no delivery.

My order was supposedly shipped on September 2 and I still haven't received anything. I contacted customer service on Thursday September 12 and I still have no returns and still haven't received the labels. I'm outraged!

Order forgotten, written to send (obviously 2 times) and not received. I had to place an express order with a competitor and I didn't get what I wanted for back-to-school despite my being booked 1 month in advance.

Your labels are great Only I feel a bit cheated by your way of doing things. Thanks to a purchase at La Redoute, I received an e-mail saying that I was entitled to 20 labels for free, paying only 6 for postage. Yesterday I go on your site and I see that 10 labels cost 3 and free shipping. So that's not very honest.

Order received quite late. Embroidered bag for the start of the new school year for my daughter. The bag lasted 2 days and then the strap broke. Really poor quality. I'm still waiting for the site to get back to me for a refund.

Order No. 3001355242. They took a good 12 days to arrive (unacceptable time), a full 2 days after school started, and since they were labels for school supplies, they were totally useless. I was forced to turn to another site, fortunately much faster in delivery. I absolutely do not recommend the purchase

I received the labels. When I received them, I thought they were of good quality and well presented. Since then, they've been falling off my son's clothes one by one. They don't hold and I'm disappointed.

Order placed on 30/08 and still nothing. Two shipments and two reshipments. Customer service not very responsive. Do not recommend at all.

The colors do not show all the information of the name of the label well.

I have glued with an iron and all the labels have come off without washing them.

I ordered labels, a gourd and a snack box. Two weeks after school and parts of my daughter's name are already missing (2 letters out of 4... ). The Snow Queen drawing is also missing. My 6-year-old daughter doesn't use her water bottle very much. Washing is done by hand. It would have been better to apply a protective coating to the decorative stickers. After all, they're just stickers stuck on the bottles. I really expected a higher quality product, given the purchase price. This was my first and last order with you. I wanted to change this year but I would have had to stay with your competitors.

Easy ordering. Delivery on time. Only objection: product quality. I bought sticky labels for clothes. They all came off after the 1st wash.

Very disappointed, I even wrote an email directly to the site, the gourd leaks my granddaughter can not even take it she has used twice. Very disappointed, I even asked for a refund or commercial gesture and no answer.

You insist on having my opinion but I've already asked you to stop the emails 2 times. Terrible experience.

Ordering express on Friday at 9.90 and having it delivered on Wednesday... that's a steal. Still, the product is of high quality.

I never received my order!

I ordered labels to have them for back to school and I never received them. After several calls telling me that it could take up to 10 days to receive them, I was reimbursed. So I didn't get to see the quality of these labels and I'm disappointed.

Late shipping. Labels never received for back to school. Waste of time.

At first, I bought sticky clothing labels, but they couldn't withstand the dryer. So I opted for iron-on labels, washed at 40, tumble-dried and several labels have already popped off. The same goes for the shoes, the labels don't stand perspiration, a few years ago a transparent label protected the whole thing, unfortunately this label has disappeared and the labels haven't lasted a week.
