Too long product lead time.

I am not happy at all. I placed an order on September 10, we are at 27 and I still have not received the order, my son started kindergarten 2 weeks ago and has all the material unidentified. I am still waiting. I don't know if I should file a complaint and get my money back....

Are you kidding me? They send me an email to give my opinion and I have written them 3 times to get my money back because the order never arrived and they haven't even bothered to answer me !!!! I have also called an average of 20 times to the number they have in Spain and only an automatic operator answers saying they are not available (at any time any day of the week really??). What a useless service you have set up). Give me my money back as soon as possible.

They never reached me so I cannot judge.

We followed the instructions for sticking the labels to the letter, and they came off in the first wash. Disappointing...

AFTER 15 DAYS STILL NOTHING. I PLACED AN ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 11. TODAY IS SEPTEMBER 26 AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED YET. I RECOMMEND THEIR ITALIAN COMPETITORS, FROM WHOM I ORDERED IN THE MEANTIME AND THEY HAVE ALREADY DELIVERED THE LABELS TO ME.

Missing part of my order, sent a email & no response. Had to buy another water bottle for my daughter the day before she started school which was almost two weeks ago.

I honestly don't know what to review. Order placed on Sept. 2 and still not received, after reminder they managed to ship (in theory) my order, but still it did not arrive! where is my order?or rather, where is my money?

Unfortunately, they did not meet the delivery time and do not respond to emails.

Shipping is guaranteed within 24 hours of ordering, but the goods do not arrive within 2-3 business days as stated. To date I have not received anything and have requested a refund. I was really disappointed

Well, the order was placed on the 10th and left on the 12th but I still have not received it and it is the 26th... I have not been given a solution either....

Purchased labels but after 10 days I still have not received them. Contacted the seller invites me to be patient. I will definitely not buy from this site again.

Labels ordered 8 working days ago and still not arrived. Disappointed.

It has taken me more than 2 weeks to receive my order. I felt cheated with the advertising that said 24/48h and in the end they tell you that it takes more days... I was very urgent and in the end I got the stickers for nothing because I had to look for a living elsewhere.

I am trying in vain to get a response regarding my order, almost a month ago, with the channels provided, I only get an email saying "you should have received it by now, thank you"

Probably something has changed and they have switched suppliers. Much lower quality than the order placed 2 years ago. Not all stickers were in detail finished. Excessive timing. Misleading advertisement: 48h shipping. WARNING: they will be prepared in 48h but the arrival is stretched into endless time.
