These are easy to order and customisable but the iron on labels don't work at all!! I tired them on the clothing direct (as instructed) and the tags. They were better on the tags but still come off after a few washes. i contacted customer service but they were very unhelpful.

I ordered 2 water bottles a little over a year ago. They were used once a week for sports. The first one fell from a height of 30-40cm and the paint jumped. The second fell from the gym bench (kindergarten height) onto the vinyl floor: the result was a broken cork. Suffice to say, I was already very disappointed! Now the bottles are used every day, and they're all broken and dented. I'm really disappointed with the quality and sturdiness.

Hi, unfortunately the labels came off right away. I attached them, following the instructions ( paper and hot iron- no steam- 12 sec) but nothing. Some did not even make it to the first wash. To date they have all come off. I have written to customer service and am waiting for a reply .

I was not satisfied. Everywhere it says ready in 48 hours but after 2 weeks there were still no stickers. After I contacted the service center, the stickers were sent to me, even after a week. Kindergarten has already started and I had to label everything differently. So the stickers are now unused. Horrible problem solver. I ordered labels and another item. I did not receive it in 2 attempts to ship it and they did not follow up on any of them. It's a lie about priority shipping because if so they will let you know that it is going to arrive or they would have control...their response? That they cannot control the incidences. After weeks of waiting in the 2nd attempt knowing that I had already claimed neither did different shipping with tracking and when I claim at least the shipping costs they tell me that they also lose. We go nefarious management, did not ask did not control and after 2 months of waiting almost their solution was to remove me from the middle ... return the money and goodbye. So I did ... and in less than 1 week I had better stickers for clothes in my house with real priority shipping. I had not tried stickers but now I compare and better quality presentation and shipping service.

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. The water bottle itself is very nice and well made but using it is really difficult. My daughter, who is almost 5 years old, cannot even open the outer cap, let alone turn the safety valve. You have to exert a lot of force and it is already difficult for an adult. I had already written an email explaining the problem and asking if I could change the product, perhaps to the can, which is perhaps easier to open; but the response was that for safety and to avoid drips, the opening has to be that way. Too bad there is neither a photo nor a video on the website, however, where you can see the type of opening; they should say explicitly that the use is not suitable for children!
