The product was beautiful and exactly as ordered. But it arrived folded. I understand that in shipping it also goes through the handling of other people, but the packaging could be better without adding a cost to that, as the product should arrive in condition.

I've been ordering back-to-school labels for 2 years now, and I've never been disappointed. The labels hold up really well over the months and washes, and the personalization is top-notch. Fast shipping and responsive customer service. I can't recommend them enough!
