This is my first purchase, I have to say that the water bottle is beautiful and most importantly quality. The ability to customize it is spectacular. The drop saver cap is practical and well made. It holds the temperature of the drink for a long time whether it is cold or hot. The 'only thing is a little expensive . But it is worth it. My 2 1/2 year old is proud of it and every morning he puts it in his backpack himself to go to daycare. I will definitely make more purchases!
The design is exactly what I ordered. The labels are in a small booklet in which it is listed for each type the mode of installation, on which object etc. ... Production took a little longer than expected (which was not at all inconvenient for me) and I was informed very quickly.
