Labels arrived illegible with a totally different proportion from the order placed. Customer service that responds hiccupingly with an email every 3 days and still has not, despite photos sent, compensated for the damage. I understand that error can happen but you have to know how to fix it and so far nothing has been done

Good afternoon, I ordered stickers for clothes and others for objects with two names. The ones for clothes by mistake had the same name and we have not been able to use it for Maria, my other daughter. Every year I ask you for the back to school but this year it has been a pain not being able to mark the clothes of one of them.
