The deadlines were not met. On the website, the delivery time was 48 hours. Order received more than 10 days later. I had to buy from another site to meet my urgent need. Very dissatisfied. The least polite thing would have been to inform me or issue a refund. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a priority 🙁

20 days ago I ordered my lot and they still haven't sent me anything, I call them and they don't answer my phone and they don't answer my emails....
I placed an order (labels for my son's kindergarten) from this site that after a full 19 days, 13 of which are working days, it still has not arrived!!! The support can only answer that it is not their problem, to be patient. I still have no idea when my order will arrive. I find it unacceptable to have to wait so long given the nature of the products they sell.

Item never arrived, poor support
They are not of good quality. I bought the thermo-adhesive ones and you have to put an ironing paper on them, which makes them look bad. In the clothes they deform and are like wrinkled. I bought for my two children and I will not repeat the purchase.
