Shipping took a good week, but I can't say any more as they are yet to be used

I ordered the adhesives with great expectations for my daughter's clothes. The adhesives were difficult to remove from the backing paper and two have already broken. Many of the glues came off during the first wash. I will no longer consider these glues.

The colors are bland, so we're disappointed because we can barely see the text.

Quality labels. Too bad there was a problem with shipping... I received someone else's labels. No commercial gesture for the mistake. I had to write everything down in a hurry, even though I had anticipated it well....

The first lot of stick on labels were not punched through so instead of peeling them.iff I had to cut round them. And the ones that did peel off are too large for almost all my son's labels. Would go for a cheaper brand in future as these are definitely not with the money.

The order took a long time to arrive, it took 20 days.

Beautiful labels but arrived all wrinkled, the envelope must have been exposed to rain? Water? during transport... I immediately called the number on the booklet to report the problem. Normally I'm supposed to receive another booklet... school starts the day after tomorrow and I've still been waiting for it for over a week and a half... ....

After 13 days I still have not received the order nor have they given me an approximate date or solution.

The quality of the containers is good but the decoration of the lunch box is a sticker badly placed, there are bubbles, it would be much better if the silkscreen was printed directly on the lid instead of a sticker that can also be removed by children and peels off easily. I bought the lunch box just because I liked that it could carry their name but I see that it may not be durable.

Up to now I've always been happy with my orders, but this time the labels don't come off the board properly, so I had to use scissors to prevent them from tearing too much...

Good quality labels, but the text is not centered in height. As a result, on some labels, my son's first name has the "p" cut off at the bottom. It's a shame. As a result, I find the quality/price ratio poor.

Ordered on August 20th, more than 10 days after August 31st I still haven't received my order... I won't be ready for my son's first day of school. I'm really disappointed.

The labels are too large for the clothing labels. The kindergarten pack has fewer labels for objects and more for clothes.

The iron on labels are terrible they come off far to easy! One wash and they have came off??However the stick on ones are good so far no issue and cute designs!

I am delighted with the labels but not with the bottle because the drinking system is not suitable for all ages and for my 32 month old it is difficult to open the cap.

The object stickers are very difficult to separate from the base. The cut was wrong in my previous order and I had to cut each one with scissors. That's why I haven't ordered any since. On the other hand, I'm very pleased with the shoe stickers, the iron-on stickers and the non-iron-on stickers for clothing labels.

The service is very well set up, but the labels came off after 4 days...

Unfortunately, some of the stickers have been cut so that the name and telephone number are not completely on it. Addendum: I contacted customer service a week ago and received no reply.

Don't unstick from book very well. Have ripped/misshapen a few trying to get them off. Not very easy so wasted a few. They look great and have washed well so far.

Very fast delivery, well packaged. However, there is a slight difference in color between the iron-on labels on the same plate. A little disappointed for the price paid. This in no way detracts from the use or quality of the label. It's just a shame.
