Fatal. It took a thousand years to arrive. My fault I only looked at the 48 hour delivery and didn't look at the fine print that the post office can (and does) take 10 days! Other than that, very cute design but the iron-on stickers have started to lift off in 1 week (and I wash in cold water and don't use a dryer). The good thing, customer service.

I have been buying here for years and never had any problems but this year I was disappointed with how they solved an error that was not caused by me. Some labels were left behind, I claimed them very quickly indicating that I needed them urgently and when it took days and I had not received them, I returned to claim them, which was my surprise that they were still unmade, I indicated that I no longer wanted them that they did not make them and I got my money back. The answer was that nothing could be done, they were already working on it.

Very nice labels, with one font (cursive) the font on the end result was unfortunately just too small and therefore not easy to read. All other 4 types were great and also went down well with the little ones. There are sometimes problems with separating the cards from the box, the edges could be cut better. On the whole, however, highly recommended!!! We will order again 🙂
